I have been seeing a psychiatrist here for 4 months. They got me in the same day which is wonderful. I liked my original doctor. The following month my appointment was rescheduled due to an emergency family issue my doctor was having. Fine no problem. Except the appointment left me without medication for several days. Then they called in the wrong prescription because the original doctor who was out sidnt indicate my dosage change. The next month with a 3rd doctor who called out due to illness. They tried to schedule me a week later and I got upset and cried. This was the third time I would have to go without my meds that I'm trying desperately to take as prescribed because I was in crisis. They find me another doctor available and I see her. Then I scheduled my next appointment with the original doctor who can only see patients on the weekends. So now I will be out of medicine for another several days while I wait for my appointment. Refills would be really helpful. Why aren't they giving me refills? Perhaps it's my $40 copay they collect every month to write me a prescription that runs out before my next appointment. Also I have other issues and I don't feel like they are being addressed or I am being heard. When I see my doctor this weekend I am going to discuss my concerns and if I don't feel safe and heard then I will go somewhere else. I guess overall I'd say van you guys try and get the scheduling and med refills done properly? Starting and stipping the medication I take isn't only bad for my mental health it is also bad physically as this is not the type of medicine one stops taking abruptly. I'm disappointed overall and I hope it gets better.

Absolutely horrible establishment, simply looking to extort money out of the clients; unethical practicies. I have not been to the office in over 2 years and for the first time ever (2 years after last appointment) suddenly received a bill for multiple visits. One for services that were never rendered. I would avoid this place at all costs. I initially stopped going to this establishment as they simply wanted to have a monthly 2-3 minute call to get my necessary prescription for the month filled. When questioned on such a practive, they stated it was required by law. Per Florida Statues this is inaccurrate and false. This was done simply to extort money from its clients. Upon realizing their unethical practices I quickly went elsewhere. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

I have had very good experiences since I started going to Psych4U.

Lily, in particular, is very efficient in her administrative role. She calls ahead of time to book me in for each appointment. I'm able to make my co-pays before starting my sessions, and that saves time for me. I always get reminders of my appointments in a timely manner. Lily is very personable, efficient, kind, cheerful, caring, courteous, responsive, responsible, dedicated, knowledgeable, pleasant and represents Psych4U at the highest level of customer service and for making customer satisfaction one of your highest priorities. Thanks, Lily, for being so wonderful. You are truly an asset to Psyche4U. May you experience exponential and rewarding growth with Psych4U. God bless you, Lily, and I give you 5 Stars.

I love my sessions with Dr Kerri-Ann and Dr Rene. They are two wonderful individuals. They are very engaging. They listen well and are very upbeat and pleasant. They are very knowledgeable and personable, very courteous and respectful, very cheerful, very responsive and responsible. I am extremely pleased with the care they provide and how much better I'm feeling since I started therapy at Psych4U. My takeaway is that these two individuals care very much about the wellbeing of their patients and are an asset to Psych4U. Dr Kerri-Ann, the medication you prescribed for me is helping so very much. Thanks also for not rushing my follow up sessions with you - I love our positive interactions. Thanks for being so caring, encouraging, engaging, cheerful, upbeat and kind. I been going to this office for 2 and halve years after my doctor Flemenbaun of 15 years passed away and the pratice was sold to this company. Today September 25 I went to get a doctor's note to be excuse from jury duty and was told by the owner himself that show up in a unprofessional outfit in basketball shorts they would charge an outrageous $300.00 for a simple note stating to be excuse for my condition.
I told the receptionist that THEY "GOING TO LOOSE MORE BECAUSE IM LEAVING TO ANOTHER DOCTOR"
a simple note is the responsibility of your provider and not making money on a simple note. I'm gone! Is a quarter or less of a star.

Today we had really annoying & unsatisfied experience with one DR of Psych4. Her name is Anna Binder. We are already their patient and gave a call to them in the morning for an urgent & critical need to see our Dr. They said our dr is busy for this week but they can organize another one. We mentioned them 2 times that we dont want to see the DR for prescription or any other regular purpose. We said we need to be diagnosed again& we have critical question & guidence of DR. They said ok. Anna Binder will help you. We waited for the appointment with my son. I can not imagine how possible for a psychatrist not to help a teenage who is suffering from an issue & very willing to talk about his situation. She keeps on saying she can only refill the medication. It is not possible to change the psychatrist. Her mood & her words that she chose for a teenage patient are very far away from BEING A PSYCHIATRIST. VERY REACTIVE. NEGLECTFUL. Even from supermarket empolyees are caring us more then her. Im sure she is gonna defense herself that this is the procedure we can not change.
Then the question is
Why your staff gave us an appointment?
Second, there are many ways to tell this in a NICE.
My message is to the owner of this company & the manager of Anna Binder.
PLEASE BE PROACTIVE

Became a patient here in 2021. My therapist was great for the first month, then he forgot to refill my prescription and wouldn't answer my calls or messages for TWO MONTHS. Found out later that his staff had not been forwarding any of his messsges properly. Now in 2023 I'm trying to pay for a bill that took them literal years to process. I can't pay online or by mail, and the receptionist that called to tell me I had to pay in person told me the incorrect time, despite the fact that I asked her to confirm three times. So I'm sitting outside trying to call billing but nobody is picking up. 45 minute drive here by the way. Don't waste your time coming here.

Absolutely terrible. Money hungry. The receptionist are rude and annoying. Dr. Binder doesn’t care about you, just wants to make money. There’s a reason their apple reviews are taken down. Avoid this establishment at all costs.

I'm thrilled with the care provided by Psych4U and Dr. Hyman. Their telehealth services are convenient, allowing me to get help from home. The staff at Psych4U has excellent customer service, always friendly and helpful. Dr. Hyman understands each patient's needs and provides tailored medications and treatment plans. With their expertise and support, my well-being has significantly improved. I highly recommend Psych4U and Dr. Hyman for professional and compassionate guidance.

I am genuinely happy and thankful for my daughter's doctor! I had a quick response to a medication request. Due to the nationwide shortage of her usual meds, they were understanding and worked with me to find a pharmacy and dose so that my daughter didn't miss a dose and had her medications for back to school.

This office is great. The front desk was welcoming and very professional. I highly recommend this office.

Extremely unprofessional and horrible office. I contacted them a few weeks ago and they set up an appointment for me to speak with a therapist. They set me up with an appointment the same day. While speaking with the therapist I can hear her running errands and ordering food while I am crying on the other end of the phone trying to speak with her. I immediately called the office the next day trying to explain the situation and they told me they had no other therapists. They were not able to give me any kind of resolution. However 2 months later they won’t stop harassing me about payments and every time I ask to speak with someone I get transferred to a voicemail. I wish I could give them less than 1 star because they don’t even deserve that.
