My husband has been a patient for several months. Dr. Potluri is attentive and does not rush his visits. I’m writing this review because I’m sincerely heart broken and distributed by recent events. My husband is a young man that due to brain injury has Dementia anxiety and depression. I applied for his social security benefits. So as per the case manager the doctors recent visits notes haven’t been received. I desperately called the office to check on the status of this records request. I spoke to who I think was the office manager. I had the most horrible experience. It came to the point i begged this woman to please resend these documents; she refused. I’m extremely desperate at this point because it has become extremely difficult to care for my husband with one sole income. She treated me with telling the doctor and threatened me with the office policy and treated me with HIPPA policy. Being a health care work I counter responded with facts I know she became extremely defensive and refused to help me. A few days later I received a letter with the office policy highlighted terminating my husband from the doctors care. I’m disappointed that I didn’t receive any compassion or consideration for my situation. What happened was totally unprofessional. These event is detrimental to my husbands health and safety. Finding and reestablishing my husbands care will set back his progress. This should have never occurred if this office manager thought about the patient and the family before she responded with her ego. So before becoming a patient think about your safety and progress because it can be compromised if the staff thinks you are rude. Mental health is delicate and can mean life or death.

Dr Potluri is a very professional, attentive and gentle natured doctor who listens to your issues and gives you the help needed not what just rushing you out the the with a solution.
The staff are kind and friendly, even when the office busy with patients.
The facility is extremely clean and modern, I would definitely recommend them.

Staff here is rude. Absolutely 0 manners. Do better. Nobody should have to step into a place like this and end up feeling bad about themselves.

I honestly can't say how much I am so grateful to this office for everything they've done for my son. We found him after being at another facility in the area, that was absolutely terrible. When my son's medication was denied by his insurance, they did everything in their power to help us get it covered.

Not a good one he give me run medication and i feel really bad after i told him that those medication dont work for me.i don’t recommend this doctor to no one.waste your time and money

Office staff not professional at all, never see staff so nasty and rude. They need to be train to work with people, that’s reason I move to different Dr

I went to this office to see Jearene for counseling. I have seen many counselors throughout my life however Jearene is hands down the best. I have improved so much since seeing her. On the other hand, the office staff here is terrible. Mainly Rosa, the office manager. I was never able to reach the office by phone and I was always met with unpleasantness upon walking in. At one point I was having trouble with my insurance denying claims, which I was in the process of solving, but every time I walked into the office Rosa treated me like a misbehaving child. She was condescending and rude and addressed confidential details of my care in front of a room full of other patients. It got to the point where dealing with her negated the benefits I saw from therapy. I was thrilled when Jearene moved offices and I am far happier seeing her there, where I feel valued and respected by every member of the staff.
