Public Storage, Pompano Beach FL

I have been a customer for over 2 years and it is a great facility. The manager Nelta is very cooperative and i feel that the place would not run right without. She is a very valuable employee. I've had other storage units at other places and they were rude and uncaring. Nelta is an asset to your company, don't lose here.

To drive to my storage the parking is extremely narrow. If u don't have the app to open gate you have to get out your vehicle and put in ur code. Its a NO for me.

Been a customer here for a few months now the girl at the front is very friendly great customer service I would for sure recommend my friends to this location.

Good location to store i was looking for a place but everything around seems to not be in my price rang and i'm so happy i came in to this location would definitely recommend this place.

They never took my unit to auction I was 5 daysvahed of that but they took 5 thousand dollars worth of equipment engine parts. And left half of my things in there. Raised my rent rate 3 times in one year. Very untrustworthy practices

Terrible experience! Our unit was ROBBED, they got NO security as CCTV aren’t working and most of the time, the access doors are just left open and the staff is NOWHERE to be found even on weekdays (so try your luck going multiple times a day or the entire week).

Our storage padlock was GONE and REPLACED by a NEW one. We had to make appointment with their area manager just for him to cut the new lock which took a week! When opened, we discovered that almost 2/3 of our belongings were stolen especially the valuable ones. Both staff and manager were not helpful at all and did not show much care. They just told us to call and report to the police and file for an insurance claim.

Tell you what, their own INSURANCE (which you are required to avail) does NOT cover such theft as there were no evidences of forceful entry documented. Such a joke! Our padlock was cut and replaced by a new one and our belongings stolen! So who the heck did it? ! And who is accountable for it? ! Also, the staffs only seem nice to new or possible customers, they do touring around and let the existing customers wait and play hide and seek!

So BEWARE!

I came there to pay my grandmother's storage bill and I met your employee Sarah. She very sweet very nice and has great customer service you guys should definitely keep her.

I’ve been a customer there for many years and Nelta has always been there to help she is one of a kind with great customer service truly appreciate her.

I went to this location because I really needed a place to store my belongings and my first impression when entering the office was wow I really haven’t seen customer service at this level in a while so I had to make sure I gave a review Nelta help me with my space and I got the perfect space for my stuff she made it so easy for me I would recommend this place to anyone.

The girls at this location definitely have the best customer service I haven’t seen in a long time i would definitely recommend this place and my storage price is acceptable compared to the other storage places.

Jessica and Curtisha were so great! Very helpful and nice. Also Pam called me right away. Everything is very clean including the bathroom.
