Due to having to quickly relocate, I had to rent two storage units at this property. Having rented a storage unit before in California several years earlier, I expected the normal bad service for a dirty unit costing a pretty penny. All of this changed when I met Shela at this property. After booking online, she called me to ask if I had any questions, schedule a walk through, and provide information about pricing, insurance, and hours.
When visiting the property, she was just as kind, helpful, and pretty. She even confessed to me how much she enjoys helping people.i honestly suggested that work in some of our governmental facilities, hospitals, or businesses which are definitely lacking of such people. For now, Public Storage and its customers at this location are lucky enough to have her.

This place has a severe vermin infestation. The property manager is extremely rude and lacks serious professionalism. She will talk over you and put the phone down without listening to you while you're explaining something to her. Their insurance company, Orange Door/Sedgwick, will drag their feet and do anything to deny your claim. SEEK LEGAL CONSUTATION if this happens to you! Do not waste you time and energy on them.

I like Public Storage 100% Customer Service Always Good Vibes When I Come Into The Office Very Clean I Nothing But Good Things To Say About Public Storage.

The women inside were so unprofessional. If I walk in during business hours I expect to helped and not be told "oh we about to close" when you have 40 minutes left until you close. And then saying that I'm going to be charged a walk in Rate if I dont do it online. And they couldn't even change my name that was misspelled or edit the type of storage I wanted. Just trash service. Are they hiring because I would gladly take their spots.

Shocked and saddened by Mr. Ramerez's review and claims about Rita because she has been top notch thru this year and all it's crazy events, some truley disheartening ones as well. While the stress has been overwhelming at times, she maintains a level of care and concern that goes above and beyond, even when it is clear she doesn't have to, right along with the other ladies there. And while being both respectful and not overbearing or nosey or even judgemental, when most would jump at the chance to have THEIR say.she stays reserved and respectful. If she was indeed THAT busy, then she was indeed THAT busy and there is not much one can do about that. And if she claimed they were being rude. I would tend to believe her because I know her to be a pretty good judge of character.as an example: I am randomly hard of hearing, with a skin graph and artificial bones in one ear and have tended to lip read alot in my life. With everyone masked up, I cannot do that and have found myself having to ask repeatedly, at times, for people to please repeat themselves. I recall one day with Rita, I had to ask so many times that I got entirely frustrated with MYSELF and know for sure, MOST others would have taken it wrong, but she didn't. She hung right in there with me until I understood exactly what she was saying because it was important for me to know. She had nothing to gain from that encounter but offered me info and ideas of what could potentially happen when buying someone elses unit. It worked out well for me in the end too. Just because she doesn't have an excitable, aggressive, overly friendly, often fake attitude like some, doesn't mean she is rude. She may be more matter of fact and that matter might not be what you want to hear at the time, but it is what it is. It's too bad that you did not take into account that there may be other customers at the facility and decided to show up close to the end of the day, when it seems like it was very important for you to get it done that day. Perhaps you could just chalk it up to a "lesson learned "and not risk it next time and more importantly, know and appreciate our differences. Rita is a very good worker and deserves much more respect than what you wrote about her. ***Opening a bag of charcoal in the storage unit (s) makes mold/mildew smells vanish quickly and using the moisture collection units they sell or can be gotten at the Dollar Tree helps greatly and lastly, you HAVE TO purchase your own roach Hotels and sprays. Too. Theirs can only do so much and like it or not, people do keep foods in their units, against the facilities recommendations, that is just a fact. I've taken it upon myself to block my own unit from another that I knew had issues, using simply old clothing.that I was going to toss or donate. Don't store items in a garage type setting and demand showroom floor conditions, period, that's crazy. Pay the prices for your needs or change your needs.

Great services and helpful workers especially Sheila I’m currently still using this storage and it’s amazing. I’m fascinated with how quickly their services are and any issues you have can be resolved quickly in a timely manner.

I lost my keys from my storage and when i went there i realize that she has beautiful BLUE eyes. EVEN though she was wearing a Mask you can tell she was smilimg to you with her blue eyes.
I LOVE THIS PLACE IT ALWAYS BEEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE TO ME SO FAR.

Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache do not use this public storage facility it is infested I mean infested with rodents I found all type of creatures inside my storage unit and I ended up losing every single thing that I worked my entire life for.shame on the city of Orlando for keeping this garbage place open, shut it down now!

1 move in is abait and switch you have to buy their lock 20 and have to buy insurance 11 the 1 move in is a lie.

The 5star is for the young lady who helped me and im not even sure if she deserves it or not because only became nice to me when she realized that i was going to rent the storage unit. Other than than the property itself is not that great they dont have climate controlled unit and it is pretty expensive. I guess the location is the reason why they are able to get away with that
