We have always had superb service and the staff has always been so nice and helpful. We want to thank Christine for her help.

Unfortunately I would NOT recommend this location due too the fact that it's NOT designed for moving trucks like U-haul's to be able too maneuver around, it's a very small location & you should only rent a unit from here only if you are using a regular standard truck for transporting the items going into storage!
I also feel they are on the pricey side as well for the sizes of the units they offer!

As usual, Ms. Tracy is always professional and friendly. She gives suggestions for products that meet your needs. Her customer service is outstanding.

The no contact rental was wonderful. My stay was short, but I would definitely use this storage facility again if the need arose.

We rented from Christine. She was very knowledgeable and helped us with our needs. She informed us of the different options available and different pricings. She showed us the unit and assisted us in how to use the lock we purchased to use in the unit we rented. She also took time to show us how to operate the the key pad. We found Christine very professional and helpful with our needs for storage.

Mrs. Christine is a very lovely lady. Able to help me get a storage unit, in a few minutes and help with ALL of my questions. I just wish, my storage unit was as clean, as my unit in Palm Coast.

I am renting a storage unit with my mother at the 6665 Wiley Road property. Christine has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She is professional, organized, and skillful in helping us determine what we needed in the way of storage. Poor communication on behalf of staff during a difficult time for everyone in society during the pandemic. Attempted to contact establishment about an email received regarding rental unit for 72 hours with no response. Then Sunday when they finally do get a chance to return our inquiry to them from the email, we were told, "Well if you wanted more time you should have contacted us sooner. " Excuse me! How when for over 72 hours no one answered their phones nor did they return voicemails left for them.

Pamela Sullivan and Sherry Baker, was with MS. Christine today renting for the 1st. Months Rent. MS. Christine is Awesome, we'd like to give her TEN STARS IF POSSIBLE.well be back on Saturday to see Christine again.
