Marjory was an absolute pleasure! She took the time to take me to the unit first and answered all my questions before I rented the space. She was kind, understanding and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location and ask for Marjory! Great experience!

My experience was great! Marjorie was the sweetest. Great customer service! She was very helpful with getting us a ground unit because I have a knee injury and requiring surgery. She walked me around and explained everything. She also helped me with the downloading of the app and set up. It will definitely make it easier on coming in and out. I would definitely recommend your facility!

Jen was amazing with answering all my questions. She is a sweet heart and I highly suggest this location for storage.

Pay all this money for 2days and change mind so wanted refund one person said I will not get the full amount back ok
But other person said no it doesn't work like that awful and unfair they should have specified that.

Had my stuff in storage a short time and they raised the price of 10x10 to $298 a month!
What a racket!

I went to the storage facility, the ladies that work there are great but their concern to fix an issue for me was not taken seriously.they charged both of my cards and when i asked for a refund she told me that she will contact her district manager and never did.it should take so many loop holes to get a refund! As quick as you take someone’s money is as quick as you need to give it back! This completely irritated! Horrible experience

I had trouble finding the right size unit for my moving needs and Lacey jumped right on it by showing me the different sizes and prices that would fit my budget. I’m soo thankful for all the help and advice from her, I definitely made the right choice!

Setting up reservation over phone was very easy. In the office Corlis and Lacey were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Corlis was amazing, she went above and beyond to answer all of my questions! Couldn’t have had a better experience or better customer service!
