Public Storage, Fort Lauderdale FL

My monthly rent just went up nearly 40%. However, I received a call from the Dist. Mgr.and, not only was my rent reduced to the previous rate, I received credit for the 3 months I paid the higher rent. That’s what I call excellent service. Thank you Kirk.

I had a wonderful time going through the process of joining the family of public storage. Not often does situations like these happen where everyone is laughing and enjoying the moment. I would highly recommended public storage to anyone and especially when dealing with Alex and Dianna.

Diana was very professional and very knowledgeable. She worked with us and showed us different storages to find out what bests fits us size wise and money wise. Overall she was outstanding and if I can give her 10stars she deserves all 10!

Terrible experience here. I've had a unit for 4 years and it has almost doubled in price since when I started. To make matters worse, I just returned to find someone got inside and stole almost everything. The tops are just secured with chicken wire and zip ties. Do not trust this place

$20,000+ of stuff was stolen out of my unit and no one contacted me. Even though I pay insurance they only want to give me $3000. I have complained about the people working out of units and the lack of security for the upper units and they did nothing. Stay away

Diana was spectacular and a great help. 5 star service and helped me find the right size unit for my things. I’ll recommend public storage to all my friends.

Diana was such an amazing help from start to finish. She is absolutely amazing with customer service. I had a ton of questions upon arrival and she definitely calmed me down and assisted me. My move was a breeze thanks to Diana.

We have been using this storage unit for a few years now. Every time we would go we would find people that seemed to be living there and it was rather uncomfortable. However all out stuff was there so we endured. We warned the front desk about it and that we were worried about our stuff however nothing was done. We went back to get some stuff and our unit and sever others had been ransacked. They came from the roof and pulled the top off and stole everything. Our snowboards, our luggage, childhood memories, jackets, artwork etc… the storage company did nothing about our warnings and will do nothing now that all of our things have been stolen. They took well over $8,000 of stuff - terrible security and service. They have not even moved our stuff to another unit - just left the few remaining items in the open unit… go elsewhere or you may end up the victim of theft here.
