This place is very easy to access. Storage manager Lisa is very nice and helpful. They don't have the 10x10 we booked. But Lisa helps us to upgrade to 10x15 for free. I love their services and also the very user-friendly app.

Lisa is a very rude person to my mom, my sister, and my dad. She treated them like she has never seen them ever in her life everytime. My mom has been with this storage for 10 years and when it comes to lisa she has the nasty attitude when it comes to talking to be black people at this store. I would never recommend this company due to her and the company taste in hiring. Also it's some of the rules that's been changed that I don't understand as well. If you are a person renting from here and 7 days late they put a lock on your unit. When usually a person have 30 days to pay and 2 months until auction. My mom has had brain surgery 3 times so sometimes she forgets but to deal with lisa attitude and this rule change is mind blowing. I'm going to reach out to corporate about this or if not get a lawyer because I believe this is discrimination on lisa part.

Super friendly, and very helpful. Got us all rented and taken care of quickly. Would definitely recommend this location!

I had a total nightmare but Lisa the property Manager really followed through on the journey to gwtting my account updated as the error wasnt of her own but she was left with the mess. Thank you for the time, patience and foot work that went into getting this resolved! I am now content with my belongings in your hand!

I am usually skeptical about renting storage units but Lisa really talked me through the whole process and was even kind enough to show me the units before I rented it. Great service!

The first month free promotion at public storage is false advertising (scam). I rented a unit on August 21st 2022 and since public storage advertises 1 month free I should not have been due until September 21st 2022. For someone fleeing a domestic violence relationship I can not afford to pay $324 for a unit that cost 209$ and i wouldnt have rented it because i know i couldnt afford this. Now the reason why I say false advertising is because I had the unit for only 11 days and I was charged what called a prorated rent which means I don't actually get a month free now I have a lein on my unit and its not fair. The unit has a big whole inside well a few of them, roach infested, and the latch to attach the lock to secure my unit is broken. We are scammed constantly in life to also be scammed by the public storage unit. If someone rents on August 21st and they have a free month that should mean that from August 21st to September 21st should be free and the 1st payment shouldn't be due until September 21st and that dhould cover it uo to October 21st and so on. I've never had this issue with any other storage unit I used in the past and I always rent through the 1st months free promotion. We are in a inflation and public storage is helping the rest of the world scam us out of the little belongings we have left.

We just left from renting a unit for around 2 years and through that time the multiple times that we went through there there was never anybody at the office to talk to about anything nor answer the phone when you try to call about any issues and when we moved out of the unit at the end of the month everything went fine according to the woman driving around on her golf cart and 2 months later I get a letter from a collection agency stating I was charged an additional month when I wasn't even in the unit. I then contacted the office manager Lisa and she said she would speak with a man named Phil who was her boss and called me back and said they were continuing the charges and I would have to pay for a month I wasn't even there. I then asked if this is how they make their money and she hung up on me.

Gate break downs, attendant won't do anything until she's clocked in. After 9: 00, I've been on the job for 2 hours by then. People living In the units. People park in the middle of the aisles and act as if your the transgressor if you need to get by. Sketch neighborhood. Mgmt does keep it fairly clean, appearance wise or it'd have been just 2 stars.

Lisa helped us get everything we needed to get our unit. She was knowledgeable and personable which made the process seamless. Thank you Lisa ️
