Public Storage I was very pleased with the service here. Very polite and the process was smooth.

I rented from this public storage and my mini brand new refrigerator was missing out of the box. I am writing this review now because after further reviewing the incident we realize the box was left in there as a deception. They cut the lock off when I was late and doing one of those events someone in that company took it and left the box so I would not notice. When I took my stuff there was only a empty box. They need cameras and they should not remove the lock only add thier lock when people are late like most storage facilities. I called them and they spoke to me as if I was crazy. It would be good to know if this has happened to someone else at his property.

Mida is very helpful and has good communication skills. She’s friendly and easy to talk to also.

Fix the gate. A person shouldn't need a code to exit. Then on a Sunday it's nobody their to assist. I got trapped inside after thinking my passenger was in there. The gate was open and drove in. It shut behind me and I was trapped inside. If the sensors are broke, fix it. If your requiring a code to get out that's not smart.

Zero stars. Half of those photos are fake. I had a unit here, for nearly 4 years. This facility is poorly maintained, however the monthly rent is constantly increasing. Staff is usually missing from the office when you need to speak with someone. The air conditioned units are barely cooler than the shade outside. After moving my items out of conditioned storage, I found them covered in mold. Apparently, water leaked into my unit and wet up my furniture and art that I had to pay and have taken to the dump; lost thousands of dollars. If you make the mistake of leaving your belongings here, then get your own insurance. The Orange Door insurance they offer is a joke; customer service is practically nonexistent and they will try to ignore your claim and wait months and then lie that they didn’t get your claim information. Avoid this and all Public Storage locations if you can.
