This place is super welcoming from the moment you arrive at the office until you leave the treatment and the attention is super stellar incomparable Thank you very much Liz for all your help you are super professional and with a big heart you helped me a lot and that is what everyone in one place Like that, they should take an example from her. Thank you very much for everything and keep going like this, you will go a long way in your work.

We had a great experience at the Public Storage facility on Davis. It is conveniently located, clean and well taken care of. Alicia was great to work with. She was extremely knowledgeable, went over all the options and pricing. She was most helpful with setting up the app and reviewing all that can be done through it. Highly recommend working with Alicia and the the storage facility.

What a great experience I had, was previously checking rates online, and decided to drive up to see the place.
Alicia welcome me and explain the options I had for what I was looking for.
Showed me around all the different units, and explained to me very clearly all the steps, and at that point it was a no brainer.

Today i had a matter that needed to be resolve and i spoke to jamie and she gave me good respond to my sitution could really say she is very understanding and respectful speaking to clients compare to other staff member i give her a 5 Star️️️️️ she is the best.

Jamie has excellent customer service. She has helped me get through many things & has been there every step of the way. Highly recommend coming & renting at this location!

I am really disappointed by Public Storage they raised my rent from $110.05 to $143.06 no reason or explanation given. $33.01 increase. The same 5x8 climate unit is listed for $75 with first month rent free. I have been a customer for over 7 years. I have never missed a payment. Every year they raise the rent, no reason given, but never so much. It would make smart business sense to take care of proven loyal customers, but this is not their business model.
