I’ve had a storage unit here for a couple of years but needed to upgrade to a bigger unit. Have always found it to be clean, safe and well stocked with carts. Called the facility directly and spoke to Morley. He was amazing! Was able to get me a bigger unit at a much better rate. Would absolutely recommend this location and especially Morley!

Morley was INCREDIBLY helpful in assisting me with opening a new storage unit! I had a family member who had a unit at this location, and on a whim I decided to go to the front desk to speak to someone about opening up my own. Morley was professional, kind, and was frankly the sole reason I opened a unit at this location. He was knowledgeable on the pricing of various sizes, and helped guide me to choosing the right one for my needs (he was also very patient and answered my dozens of questions with a smile). Would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking to store their belongings, and if you go, ask for Morley! His professionalism is unmatched and he really was awesome.

Amazing customer service. I arrived to the location at 5: 58pm, (two minutes to closing time -Sorry-) and Morley kindly took care of me, guided me and showed me the unit I needed. Thank you so much! I also love the building, it has easy access and very neat all the time. Extremely Recommended.

I have rented a unit 5X10 on the internet for a promotional price of $50 and when arriving they’ve tried to give me a 5X5 locker unit. Once I’ve asked to fix this they gave me the 5X10 unit for $33 extra, they gave me their word that I was about to pay $83 per month and I agree but 4 days later they charge me again $83 and sent me an email with receipt in advanced for next month for $133, IT IS $83 EXTRA OF THE ORIGINAL RATE THEY WERE PROMOTING ON THE INTERNET FOR A 5X10. It means 150% extra of the original rate. FAKE RATES to take advantage of people?
Are you using a dirty marketing lying to people with fake prices to attract new customers? YOU HAVE NO ETHIC AND MORAL WAY TO DO BUSINESS WHEN LYING TO PPL WITH FAKE PROMOTIONS…

Highly recommend. Morley was extremely attentive and explained in detail all of our options. He gave us a tour of the spaces and helped us realize what size was appropriate for the items we needed.

I am so happy to have this location close to me. The units are easy to access with all the new updates they have made and the areas are clean and labeled well. But to be honest I’m not one to write reviews But the attention and kindness given to me at this location doesn’t deserve to go unnoticed. Morley went above and beyond to help me. He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and even funny. I am very thankful for him and for his assistance in making this an easy process.

I looove the manager Morley of this Public Storage—he always leaves me less stressed than when I called hahaha. I just don’t appreciate how Public Storage has raised my rates AGAIN. Capitalism at its finest. So I will be pulling my items from storage within the next couple months and telling everyone to take their business elsewhere. I create commercials and will be making some for Extra Space LMAO. Public Storage-you suck. Morley, you rock!

Great staff who’ve been helpful. There seems to be a high turnover off staff but they must have a good training program because I’ve never had issues with anyone not knowing what to do. Morley, Maria, and Alex were most recently helpful and kind.

Best experience renting a unit ever! Morley was terrific and super helpful! Clean and organized with lots of parking! Highly recommend and Alex was great too!

This is a very good storage and it has a very good location and the person who works there Morley is an excellent employee, he is very friendly, super attentive, he is always helping people and asking if they need help. Excellent customer service Morley!

I’m not gonna lie—I don’t recommend Public Storage to ANYBODY even if they were the last storage unit on Earth because they take full advantage of raising your rent on you. I started at $90/mo and in 6 months they raised it to $143/mo. Go anywhere else but a Public Storage. BUT the manager here, Morley, is the best Public Storage employee I’ve ever been helped by. He was efficient and alleviated all my stress. He even helped waive my late fee. If you HAVE to store anything with Public Storage, choose this one with Morley. He deserves to work somewhere better.
