Carla and Tria were so professional. By the time I came in to the door, they both stood up to welcome me. That was my first experience with Public Storage. Front desk lady with dreads that works on Sundays horrible customer service. Always texting whenever a customer ask her a simple question always attitude for no reason. We lived here in Coral Springs 10 years never experienced this kind of behavior. Unacceptable, unprofessional poor customer service! Never again at this location.
