I got set up by the manager Ebony and closed my account out with Jason, and I could not be happier with my experience. They were both helpful, nice, and got me exactly what I was looking for. 10/10 and five gold stars

Dylan: this guy is the best. He was diligent on his responsibilities and very informative. I received everything that I asked for with speed and efficiency.

Andrew his Co worker was also helpful by making an effort to tell me about promotions.

Ebony (I hope I wrote the name correctly, I apologize if I made a mistake) What I would like to say.she is just wonderful! I brought my big numbers and they scattered in the wind. She was very nice, she helped me put everything together! She is just my angel that day! Thank you!

The black female at front desk I forgot her name needs training. Idk if she's a manager but she's very rude and has a very bad attitude which is very ridiculous. Grown "woman" behaving that way. Not to mention this place keeps it way too hot in the building. It's suppose to have ac but can't tell. Prices that are being raised/charged this place can keep it way cooler in there. I'll be pushing forward to the higher up hr etc. All those reviews seem shady speaking on the female that woks there all black account like mine could be anyone smh

Ebony and Jason were so helpful while we fixed our unit reservation because I'm a doof and picked one that was too small. They were so helpful in resolving our issues and communicative about each aspect of our rental. Definitely recommend them!

Ebony was very nice she helped me purchase my unit and also helped me with the issue I had with my auction unit. She is the best!

It has been an ok experience. The price is higher then other places, I never did receive my rent for a 1.00 offer, public storage app has crashed multiple times and when I called for help and spoke to 4 different people, I was treated poorly. The positive side is the units are nice and the controlled temp units are great for storing things in FL. For the price and value, there are better options.

Great place only one time they closed my existing account without my consent. I had to call the cooperate office to help. Big blunder by the storage office!
