Exceedingly efficient, Andrew and Kathleen were able to take care of any questions I had and were a delight to speak to.

Ebony was great today. She had wonderful customer service. She answered all my questions. I will recommend my friends on getting a storage from there.

Joanne was incredibly helpful. The technology on the door locks is pretty cool with Bluetooth & every access including the elevators.

I have to speak about someone who truly goes above and beyond. She is a one woman operation. Her name is Joanne and she had the best personality. See I was worried about reserving a 10x10 and it being available to me by the end of the week. Joanne always gave me different avenues to take. She always assured me that I would have the 10x10 that I needed. She would call me and check on my status and give each other updates. It was just a comfortable process all in all and I wanted to make sure it didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you Joanne for your help and thank you Public Storage for having someone like this at your facility.

Went to see to look for a storage space and noticed the building and area is secure, clean and maintained. Joanne was helpful, informative and really friendly.

I came in today, and Joanne helped me out a lot with looking for sizes for storage that I might need. I’m the perfect one and was able to make it out the same day which was a major help. She did her best to assist me as much as possible which I greatly appreciate, and would recommend to friends and family.

Joanne was so helpful when I needed a storage unit. She let me know when a unit was available in the location I wanted. She went above and beyond helping me get a unit. She is a very pleasant and helpful employee that works for public storage. Amazing customer service. I will highly recommend renting a storage unit at that location.

I wrote a good review when it was Cube Smart.
Public storage bought it and tried to cheat me out of my money. I had the bank help correct it. They then made it harder for me to pay the bill. They just about doubled the rent. When I got back in town, I got everything OUT of there.
I'd keep looking for a more honest business if I were you.
