Very professional place unload you will not be there long it took about 1 hour to start to finish thanks for a great job

Appt time was 1000. Arrived at 0855. Got a door instantly. Docked and ready for unload by 0930. Offloaded by 1130. Do not close your trailer doors until you’re at the gate. They have 2 buildings. The guard will send you to either one. If they send you to 902, it takes longer to load/unload. If you get sent to 901, they’re faster.

This facility is way to slow. Do not book a load that delivers there.
Zero stars. Appt was at 7am and got empty at 3pm.
Unbelievable. They need new management or something.

You can check in hours before appointment time and stay after. You can complete a 10 hours rest time here.

This place really sucks, wait time is terrible used up all my time waiting and was forced to drive illegally

I noticed another driver in the comments say he was able to park after he was empty but i think they just didn't notice him because the earliest your allowed on the property is 2 hours before your appt. Which usually means no parking. This place is much better than the Publix cold facility on 92. About average wait time for unloading. 2 hours for a partial load.

Really pathetic at unloading takes forever not highly recommended especially if low on hrs at arrival and no truck stops close by

Too slow to unload 14 pallets, took them 6 hours to finish, plus they refused some product and had to wait for the lumper people, can't imagine if it was a full loaded trailer.

Such a waste of time. Guard was while very nice, didnt know where to send me. After talking to the receptionist in each of the three offices, not one had any idea what to do. Instead on using pick up numbers, bol numbers, trailer numbers, or any relevant data like that like every other company.they instead need some sort of list as to what I'm taking. Was also told they apparently don't do paperwork, I shouldn't even need to explain why that makes no sense. Maybe my information just fell through cracks but my experience was extremely aggravating.

Dont understand why they keep lazy forklift working here. 2 start for good guards and allow for 10h break after empty.

. This time I was given a door AFTER checking in-having had a lumper walk out into the warehouse to see what would be suitable.
Was at a door for over an hour when a lumper comes out to ask me to move the truck to a different door because they can't get the product out my trailer because there was no room on the floor.
WTF? !

They are really slow at unloading here, I notice the guy was taking his time unloading me where he pulls 1 pallet then disappears for a while then returns to pull another pallet and do the same. Then when I complain as I do have a 14 hour clock that’s nearly up now he’s speeding up. I will never return here again, going on 5 hours now, this is beyond insane.

Unloading time is reasonable took 2hours from delivery appointment time. But have no over night parking like Costco there is no parking available surrounding this area they

Good luck getting unloaded in a timely manner. This process takes way too long. Not sure what's going on with this 3rd party lumper company, but they need to work more quickly. We're expected to be on time for our appointments, but once here, be ready to stay a while. On a previous delivery, I was here 6½ hours.beyond unacceptable.

It was a great place to be, if you want to be in a job that actually cares about you. This establishment is very large so the biggest thing is not getting lost. I would have to guess whoever passed their interview are some happy campers.having emplyment here would cause me to have no complaints surely.

If you’ve never been to a Publix facility before, don’t expect any help or clear answers to any questions you might have. Both Gates personnel and receiving office personnel are more interested in gossiping with each other than doing their jobs. When asked to clarify something they are quick to give you a dirty look, rude tone of voice, and talk down to you like you’re supposed to know exactly how they specifically do everything. Already at 2 stars and I haven’t even dealt with the lumpers yet. May have to add to this once I’m empty.

If you are delivering a load here they only allow you on the property two hours before your appointment so don't get there too earlier. I have never had a problem taking my 10hr break on the property after the delivery. Just make sure you pull in the spaces out of the way from the docks. I have been coming here for years and this is the biggest part that sometimes takes too long. The lumper service can unload you and separate everything in no time, but it has to be counted by the actual Publix employee which depending on volume can take forever.

Nice but be on time work in can be a challenge.got three receiving dock make sure you're on the right one lumper service available check in a guard need bill of landing and your drivers license to get in. I being there 2 hours but during holidays I was there 10 hours
