Turn around time was descent this particular Publix doesn't have overnight parking which might affect some drivers.

Your daycab drivers are doing 25+ mph through the yard and are almost hitting people because they're impatient

Maybe review the cameras and watch what your drivers are doing

Displace is a hit-or-miss palvine. Here about 5 times and see you all those times I've been here for about 6 hours this time. I was on the here for 2 hours. And I wanted to be here longer because I needed to sleep. They have overnight parking. And you can park on this property after you don't love him. Which is the best part because they are not Manny trucks, the ups and this area.

Not a bad drop. Arrived 2 hrs early and was sent to the staging lot. Was told head to the back @ 03: 00 and bring paperwork to receiving. Overall nice people, decent time getting unloaded and not dragging azz!

The frozen receivers are not messing around when you deliver to this facility they gets you in and out in a timely manner……

“We will call when it's ready”, and they never do it, interesting how almost all employees are giving a 5 stars review just to look fair in the general eyes. This attitude speaks for itself! The truth is clear and simple, coming here with a load, you’ll face a very outdated receiving system, which takes a lot of time to process and count every case manually, and this is happening in October 2023, when everything is automated and controlled by AI

Idk what part of the company is getting the bad reviews. I went to frozen my appt was @ 6am I went in @ 4am got a door right away and was out by 8am the lady in receiving and the guard was really nice, no issues, there is no overnight parking. I just parked across the street with other trucks just make sure you're out of there by 7am before workers for that warehouse start coming in.

This place is unprofessional and extremely slow. I’ve been empty over 3 hours and they are still counting my load supposed. They must hire elementary school students to do the counting. They are rude as hell. They won’t even give me the lumper fee until they get done counting. 4 hours and counting and trucks that came an hour after me are already empty and gone. I will make sure to NEVER deliver a load here again. Management needs to be fired too that he doesn’t oversee his employees to do their jobs. I constantly see them outside smoking cigarettes and laughing together. DO NOT COME to this Facility. They care nothing about the drivers or the driver clocks. Sad. Security was great at check in and there is overnight parking at a dirt lot across from the facility. That’s all that’s good here. I highly recommend you DO NOT bring a load here

In and out in less than 2 hours for a full refer load. They do have lumpers but I don't know if they're reasonable. Mine was prepaid. They have bathrooms in the office.

Two to three times a week I'm here. The employees are really professional and have the greatest attitude while doing their prospective duties.
