7The hours are wrong. On top of the hours being wrong I got there at 9 and they were closed. The reason I like publix is because my dad gets his diabetes medication free. He has to pay out of pocket for everything. First the man with glasses tells me to call the other pharmacy to call them to send the medication prescription to them ok. They call and now the employee there is saying they cant do that when they can. They just dont want to work. Go to another publix their better than this one.
I love this pharmacy. Great team there. The pharmacy techs I’ve spoken with are always nice and patient. Thank you for your hard work:)
What a great and pleasant experience. The doctor sent the prescription and Alto was in touch right away. My meds were quickly delivered without any issues/delay. The app and customer service was absolutely fantastic!
I don't because I walked over and they're in need of a pharmacy I couldn't get my meds filled
The worst customer service! Had to wait 25’ while Claudia and her colleagues were “ working” on two prescriptions I gave them.
I came with a small baby and many times mentioned that I can’t wait long.
No one talk me through of why it takes so long but they were happily discussing their colleague new hair style in front of me.
After all this time waiting they didn’t even had what I needed.
The people who work here are really nice. It's my favorite Publix.
Also, the bakery can do amazing custom cakes with just 24 hour turnaround. In my opinion, Publix birthday cakes are far better than the cakes from a bake shop that requires a week or more of notice and don't taste as nice.
This Publix was closest to my hotel and I thus went there virtually daily to stock up on "necessities", such as fresh fruit, beverages and the odd treat, such as greek yoghurt.
I found the fruit isle to be very well stocked and to have a more than just adequate selection. If you enjoy pineapple and strawberry pre-cut as a quick treat, they offer those at reasonable prices and the right serving sizes as well.
The staff were friendly and overall I couldn't have been happier
