Publix Pharmacy at Clearwater Plaza

I called ahead to confirm that I could get a covid vaccine and that they had the type I needed, as I had to walk over, and was assured that I could get one today. When I arrived the pharmacist snippily told me that they were understaffed and couldn’t give me a vaccine. When I explained that I had called ahead, she curtly told the pharmacist that I had talked to what he had done wrong, and then she completely ignored me. No indication of when I could come back, nothing. An abysmal interaction.
