Ordered cupcakes a week ago. Kristian was the cake decorator that took my order. I thought she was maybe just having a rough day. Well, when I picked them up the other day; she had that same attitude of "I just inconvenience her. " The cup cakes were as I asked for which is why I left 2 star, but were not super fresh.
Publix, I am disappointed in how much your customer service has gone down hill. Especially now that customers are paying double for product, & we even check ourselves out. You really need to step up your game & honor your BOGO with rainchecks as you once did. My husband was told no to a BOGO raincheck. If product was priced incorrectly, it use to be free.
