Publix Pharmacy at Lake Ella Plaza, Tallahassee FL

They're awesome! I had to retire from my job due to disability. Despite no longer having insurance (not yet eligible for Medicare), I still get great discounts and ample 3-month supplies.

So I go to pharmacy at 5: 58pm and they have already closed the pharmacy although it is supposed to be closed at 6pm. That's two minutes before closed. Yeah I should have came early but I forgot the hours, and when I asked the staff could I just pick up my medications, I was told no because they already closed down everything, but they could answer any questions I may have. Guess I'm going to look for another pharmacy.

Very long wait times to get prescriptions filled. Antibiotics order sent by doctor on Tuesday not ready until after 5 pm on Wednesday

They have lost my meds twice now and have blamed it on my dr.which I have proof it wasn't them. Called today to make sure they have it since I just took my last dose and while they will have it this afternoon the lady on the phone was exceedingly rude and huffy that I wanted to be sure I wouldn't run out. In person they are always great though.

Love the store. Not real happy with the pharmacy. Syncing refills sounds great in theory, but they just can't get it right. I'm going to be compelled to open, check, and count every prescription before I leave the counter every time. To those who will be in line behind me, I apologize in advance.
Update: fixing the last error was done at no charge, so there's that.
