4Love this pharmacy. I dispise the"music" one is subjected to while holding for 12 minutes. It suggests the sounds of pigs at slaughter. Is this what you would subject the waiting sick to endure? Please have mercy on us all.
After I was told my prescription will be ready right away and I should not leave I had to wait at the counter for 30 minutes after I left and came back… at this pharmacy employee too friendly with their “regulars” customers and absolutely no attention for new customers.
Simed pharmacy was closeing, so went and asked pharmacist if they could handle my meds. They said yes, no problem, here's our card. Went pain doc, gave him the card. Made steady calls back and forth until I was sure the prescriptions were transferred. Went to publix to make sure it had been received, I assumed it was to early to fill, but making sure is imperative. Was told that it was received and canceled. They would not accept me or any simed pharmacy transfer. Was told I was lying that I checked it out beforehand. And the worst, they never bothered to call and tell me. Now I have to start the process all over again. It stinks to be disabled.
Received my Covid vaccination and booster here, and was really impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the pharmacy staff. The pharmacist was thorough, informative, and kind.
