3They have had my prescription all day, and when I asked why it was still in progress they said they had 200 prescriptions ahead of mine. Of course, I was the only one standing there waiting for a prescription. You would think they could go ahead and fill mine while I was standing there.
They don’t go out of their way at all. I was a pharmacy tech for 7 years until I finished grad school and I can tell when they are brushing me off because they don’t want to be bothered. I have strep and there was a technical issue with the app. I couldn’t pay online. I wanted it brought to my car so I wouldn’t have to go inside sick. They wouldn’t try reverifying the RX or offering to take my credit card/cash inside and bringing it back. I switched to cvs because at least they have a drive thru. I left 2 stars because some of the people inside are friendly.
Absolute worst pharmacy in Tallahassee. Meds were supposed to be done at noon and they were still not ready at 5pm. Complete miscommunication on the management side and I would stay away from this location if you want any sort of customer service. I used to come here regularly but after this experience I will never come back.
