Have never seen a more poorly run pharmacy with the most unhelpful emoyees, so my doctor sends in a prescription that is supposedly back ordered so thats just the end, no help transferring the prescription no message before I go in to find out I am just out of luck. Publix do better or go the way of Kmart

I wish I could give 0 stars… This pharmacies leadership is unprofessional and rude. I have had several small issues that the pharmacist simply refuses to help find solutions for. I will say that they seem very busy and work in a small overcrowded environment that is probably pretty unpleasant but I don’t think that excuses the terrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here.

0 stars. I have never seen such lack of professionalism from a place. That place is in total disarray. The blonde lady working there told me to wait 10 min for them to prepare the prescription when she could’ve just told me that they will call me once the prescription is ready. I ended up standing for nearly 2 hours for no reason and she knew it but showed no regard. When I asked why they made me wait this long even after the doctor approved the prescription - they kept telling me that they dont see it in their system, the doctor had even someone confirm with them over the phone and they still refused to give me the prescription for my dad who was not well.

Fiance was in the hospital and called the pharmacy when they told me from the hospital that they sent the meds. I wanted to make sure he didn't go without them. When I called at noon they said 30 min. Show up at 4 after he was discharge and they were NOT ready after i was told they would be. These are people's meds! Not ok. Worst pharmacy

I made an appointment there for a shot. At 30 minutes past my appointment time I warned them that I wasn't waiting much longer. At the 40 minute mark I walked out. I am moving all my prescriptions to another pharmacy.

After an hour an 15 min past our appointment window, the pharmacist came out to give my 7 year old his covid shot. She was not understanding at all how to deal with a child on the spectrum and very impatient with him. I was furious that it seemed she wanted to spend no more then 3-4 min with him in the chair and kept repeating she cannot do it if he doesn’t not remain completely still without offering any advice on how to help or listening to us. Just seemed to want to get back to clearing her pharmacy line over the covid shots. She eventually told us we’re better off leaving without the shot and get it somewhere else. She has no business offering kids vaccines without the experience to do so. Didn’t even offer a bandaid to my son considering she did poke his arm with the needle.

Publix pharmacy staff has been so helpful to me over the last several months. They’ve provided service to my grandmother who is very at risk for covid-19 yet still manages to get her scripts from curbside pick up. For myself, they’ve been so kind and caring. My job has cancelled my insurance twice “by accident” during a global pandemic. The staff at this pharmacy has helped me through the stress and taken care of me. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. For 3 years I've been going here and it's the same non communicative mismanaged location I've ever seen in my life. They tell you they will have it ready by a certain time, you call and they tell you soon, you call again then they tell you later and come before closing we will have it ready you get there 5 minutes before closing and they tell you it's on backorder. Why couldnt you just say that from the beginning. All you need to do is be upfront about what's going on with people's prescriptions. CVS just gained a customer!
