Publix Pharmacy at Seven Hills reviews
7Robert the pharmacy tech is so very helpful, you actually feel like he wants to help you!
The pharmacist seems indifferent but other staff are helpful. I picked up metformin which is free at publix. Since I had been using GoodRx for other prescriptions, they charged me Good Rx price. Never told me it should have been free.
Never in the history of health care have I witnessed someone as rude and belittling as Brittany, the pharmacy manager. She was very unprofessional in addition to being incorrect. The technician that work under her are more knowledgeable. I'm very disappointed Publix would employee such an individual.
I would like to say thank you so much to the wonderful worker and Pharmacist. I suffered last year from Covid I almost died. Have the lasting Covid still have issues. In June do to complications of Covid again I almost lost my life and wond up ICU for 7 days do to the lasting symptoms of Covid I went into A-Fib had a collapsed lung and severe pneumonia. I went back in 3 days after coming out. Not really able to work. I lost my insurance. My 1 prescription was $500. I haven't been taking correct because really hard to afford every month. We also tale care of our 32 year old paraplegic son. I get to publix they found a coupon my prescription was free and now only $30. Omg.thank you so much.
I don't have a problem with pharmacy staff. But now they have everyone dedicated to vaccinations and they are ignoring people who have prescriptions. It's not a good situation.
I can not say enough how great and hard working the staff is at this RX. You have no idea what they go through everyday. Not only to make you happy but also answer questions, phones and give Flu shots Etc.
The young male here is very short in communication and does not represent Publix the way everyone else here does. I literally had to wait an hour for my script that was already prepared. And even if it was put back, I am getting birth control. It's already packaged. There is no counting. Absolutely rediculous. I can see waiting 30 minutes tops but an hour? ! I would not recommend this pharmacy as long as this kid is working.
