The seafood department is horrible, you can wait there forever and no one bother to ask you what you want like they dont want you in store. It's ok I'll be going to the whole food market from now on

Publix is a Brand that I have been familiar with My whole life. My Late Father worked for them and Retired with 25 years of Service. Myself and both of My Brothers worked for them as well. So, when I went to the Publix on Colonial Drive in Ocoee, Florida on Saturday, August 8th, it was no surprise that Everyone whom I came in contact with was wearing a Smile and was so helpful and courteous! In the Deli, Velisa was kind, thoughtful, professional, and took My order and chatted with Me as though We had been Friends for many years. Service has gone OUT THE WINDOW with most Businesses that require One on One Service! It's great to know that there are those that realize that WITHOUT Courteous and Professional Service, You're destined to eventually FAIL!

This is a great store. It is clean and most of the staff is helpful. They are a smaller Publix so they don't have as big a selection as others.

Good customer service, always kept tidy, and has a decent selection considering it's on the smaller size compared to many other locations.

No idea how this store is so highly rated.the deli is the slowest I have ever been to and don't even think about ordering online for a sandwich as it will not be ready when you arrive. The rest of the store isn't bad but stay away from the deli at all costs!

AWESOME customer service! The staff is very helpful and you can save a lot of money with the buy one get one deals that they offer. Love it and don't forget the app, it really comes in handy

Very good Publix, well stocked and big. Also the Deli section here ROCKS.i've been to other Publix delis and some of them are just straight garbage mostly because of the customer service, but the one here in Ocoee is excellent, Rose was very sweet, and was the best service I've had in a long time.will come back many times for sure.

We went to the bakery to order some custom bread bowls. They charge $2 a piece to make them for us in 24 hours. I thought that was a good deal and the staff was very polite so we went ahead and ordered.

I just stopped in to pick up a few things and this by far is the worst Publix I have ever been! I actually called and wanted to speak to the manager and just mention how unfriendly all of the staff was and was on hold for 17 minutes. I am thankful this isn't the one I normally shop at or I would be looking for a new grocery store!

Only complaint must of the time they don't have regular wings, only hot n spicy, and if you ask uhhhm 25 min wait

Haven't shopped in Publix in a long while. Stores are nice and clean. Seemed low-stocked, maybe due to a busy weekend. Prices are high. Quality is always good. Butcher hunted me down in store to deliver my custom order. That's what makes Publix great!

Good store, found what I needed. The neighborhood is a bit schetchy, police were on premises with lights on. I would visit again, but maybe in daytime hours.

Store manager Lisa Haulk is always super friendly and so helpful. She always says hi to me. Love this publix

I went to this location on Friday 12/28/18, I stopped in to use the bathroom before shopping. While there someone else entered into another stall & used the bathroom as well. As I stood washing my hands that person emerged from the stall & headed to the exit door. I turned & noticed she was wearing a Publix uniform so I then said to her " Aren't you going to wash your hands" she responded " No I will wash it when I get to my department" I fussed with her for about 5 minutes expressing the importance of washing her hands in that bathroom pointing out all the things she may touch between this bathroom & her department, but Michelle in the Bakery department walked out & never washed her hands. So to point out she had to touch the door handles on her way out of the bathroom & the doors once she gets back to the bakery pending she never got stopped by a customer or staff asking for help. I am pretty sure sanitation is something taught for safety not convenient. I will think twice before buying items from this particular bakery in the future especially if I see her working. I feel sick just thinking about it. I did tell a manager but not sure what she did about it.
People are getting sick from unknown reasons from food, things like this are why.
