Publix Super Market at Coral Creek Shops, Coconut Creek FL

Was visiting the UPS store in that plaza and returning some mail and packages that are winding up at our house to a friend of mine that lives in Margate on Ocean drive with his father these are just pictures showing that we're returning the items and not keeping them holding them or opening them

Took a quick trip to this target for a few things and was blown away by the customer service I received. Ellen gave the greatest customer service I have ever received at a store. Who knew such a short trip would provide such an amazing experience. Thank you Ellen.

I may have found my new Publix! This store has the "old school" layout that I saw as a child. We arrived on a Sunday morning, and the store was not crowded at all. I love that! The products are easy to find, and the sales are clearly marked. I even scored a BOGO on two bottles of Merlot! The only "issue" we had was there was no one bagging groceries at the check out. I'm sure this is a different situation during peak hours, so no biggie. Also, they have cart returns in the parking lot! This may not sound like a huge deal, but the other stores in the area don't have them, and it's weird just leaving the cart in the grass/on the curb.

Overall, my shopping experience truly was a pleasure here. I'll be visiting again to see if it will become my permanent Publix home!

Not only their food is consistently great, but heir attention is always friendly and prompt. It is always a great experience. The fratelli that run La Fontana are always making sure everything is perfect, and people feel welcomed. I wish this place is here for many, many more years. I just miss their Italian Music CDs.

Very rude woman at the customer service counter. Too busy to acknowlege me and then once she did, treated me like a criminal over coupons. Worst thing is another employee and a Custome Service lead watched the entire interaction and didnt say anything. Low standards at this location!

I live in here 7 years and this crew is REALLY OUTSTANDING! Melanie, Alejandro, Lorna, Stephano, etc etc etc!

I wanted to do an even exchange but this associate named Melanie told the cashier not to do it. I asked for a manager she told me to wait for 30 minutes to an hour because he was on his lunch break. An assistant manager was there named Louis she said he was new and he wouldn't be able to help me. Melanie was rude, refused to help and told me "I have my freedom too" I'm not sure what she meant by that

This Publix store is difficult to find items it does not have items in the same locations as the other store in Coconut Creek

This particular pubix always seems to have a problem every time I go in. Whether it's a problem with the cashier, Customer service, or general management, I honestly don't know. Publix needs to get on the ball with this particular store. They do not honor the Publix Promise, they do not have items in stock many times. It is an all around mess. Corporate already knows that this store is problematic.

A supermarket that doesn’t accept debit card, Just cash? ! How is it possible!? Just left my groceries at the store, cause I have to get cash outside at the closest bank and come back to get my stuff. This situation makes me feel so embarrassed!

This publix is always good. Used mostly by locals. Lines are not too long and staff are always nice.

11/22. It's always a pleasure to shop at publix. I stopped in fir dinner. Not many shoppers during the time I was there (3pm). The manager or one of the managers in pink top black plants appears to be very efficient and on the ball, but not very friendly. Judith, the cashier was very pleasant. Over all this location is alright.

Do not order a cake from this Publix bakery. I ordered a special anniversary cake from the location. I just went to pick it up today and they do not have the cake. Worst experience from a bakery that I've ever encountered. Just a bunch of clueless people.

I'm here for the sub, daily for the last 30 days. They don't have the bread ready till 7: 30. The chicken tender till like 10: 00. Be a were that Boars Head is is one or two dollars more. Chicken tender is the best, unfortunately, I'm here before 8 am. So no way I can get it.

They have donated $800,000 against medical marijuana in Florida but will feed our people prescription pills and alcohol

One of the managers has a real serious problem with people and will go out of his way to hurt someone for no good reason.
