Publix Super Market at Bradenton Commons

PUBLIX is one of my top places to buy groceries, plus a clean environment & friendly faces to make a pleasant shopping experience. GRRREAT.

One of the better Publix stores in the area. But, I still question that they still don't have many mainstream items that are in stock at many other stores, not even when it is advertised in their flyer?

I asked the express lane cashier if I could checkout, since both express lanes had zero customers, and the other checkout lanes were all busy. I was told no, since they're only 10 items or fewer. I had 13 items.which the cashier wouldn't have been able to tell from a quick glance at my cart.
What's the point of having two empty express lanes while the other lanes are packed?

Curbside pickup has been a lifesaver (possibly) for us. We have underlying conditions and this has made it possible for to shop without exposing ourselves to possible infection.

Clean store but not the friendliest staff. A lot of them walk right by you and look at you and don't even say hello or anything. They also do not have enough registers open.

Amazing cookies! Coffee is good too. Very friendly service. It's a very small place, so you'll probably need to take away.

I come here often as it's right down the road from me. They have a good bit of food and selection and their food is usually always fresh.

Thoroughly enjoyed this shopping experience. Attentive staff, wide aisles, fresh food, clean floors. Just what a grocery store plus needs to be.

5 stars cuz there was a cute boy named ethan who rang up our energy drinks.he made small talk and couldn’t tell if we wanted a bag or not 10/10 would recommend going to a line if he’s working it

I called ahead to order dinner for my family (wings) they were not made when I got there (30 minutes later) unfortunately somehow my order got cancelled the manager not only brought the wings to my home YESSSSS she brought them to my home within 15 minutes the Publix but the wings were free of charge amazing customer service?

This is the Publix I normally shop at. There are tons of BOGOs! I personally clip all the digital coupons, so if the item shows up as savings. My savings on average with the BOGOs that I need to purchase is anywhere from $13-$50, just depends on getting all items on my list. =^x^=

Nice, clean store and the people who work there are always friendly and helpful. If you have trouble finding an item, the staff will either tell you exactly where it is, or personally escort you to the aisle and shelf location and point it out to you. One time the person I asked was unsure, so he went and got a colleague who did know to show us both! This is much better than at some stores where the staff is not as informed and tell you " I think it's over there" as they ambiguously point somewhere. Publix also has "buy on, get one" deals every week which can add up to big savings!

Balloons. Dairy-free butter. Bday cards. Friendly service. Good on you, Publix!

Very disappointed with produce department. Cherries $5.99 a pound and they're in season! Then I had to return them as most of them were rotten.

Waited for 13mins for help. For them to tell me the 20 piece wings I need are going to take 45 minutes because we just dropped chicken well if they would have got to me sooner it wouldn't be 45 minutes, bad customer service

So this is the second time i go to cortez location and customer service was crap at the deli, the lady there named Stephanie is rude as hell and very disrespectful, i dont know why they hire people like that working behind the counter with that attitude, never going back there to shop again, the one on manatee ave in beach plaza is much better.

I waited too long in the deli line to order a sub and was not greeted by one employee.finally, a Publix worker, a young teen and his friend working, said some comments about what I bought that wasnt very cool.i was beginning to like this store but the last few times I have visited I have felt very unwelcomed. I used to work at a Publix for 2 years and they instilled in me and other coworkers how to treat customers.customer service really needs work at this store.

I really enjoy publix because typically all the employees are super nice and will help you find whatever you need and or order it if it’s not at that store. However, the deli is the most awful part about the whole store. If it’s once in a while I get it but every time I go the deli especially for a pub sub makes me wanna pull my hair out. Anytime an employee is making subs for orders they completely ignore you. I was in line today with nobody behind me for five minutes not one person acknowledged me. The lady making the subs says nothing the employees passing by in the back never say anything. Customer service is a big thing and that deli department needs help. It makes you want to avoid the whole department completely.
