Publix Super Market at Normandy Crossing reviews
11Good fresh bread, way to expensive. Rolls keep getting smaller but prices keep getting higher.
Went to Publix on Sunday night right before closing to get subs. I was ignored for about 5 minutes from 3 employees and a manager. Then a young man came up named Zach. He was amazing! There has not been an employee this courteous, helpful and friendly since Mr. Hayes was the manager of this store! The deli has fallen short for a long time at this location but I believe that more people’s like this young man can revive this store!
The store is always great. I was very sick with Strep Throat and took in my prescription and they told me it would take 2 hours to fill it.too sick to wait.
Just all around great experience from the deli to the bakery to checking out up front. Clean, friendly, enjoyable
Went to get some gatorade and over counter meds as I'm not feeling well. Shelf almost empty and limit to purchase is 2 and the over counter meds were behind counter at pharmacy. Pharmacy tech had to take all my information so I could purchase but adding fuel to fire was her not friendly attitude. Normally Publix is the worst Publix I've ever been to.
My favorite place to shop. I love the freshness of the fruit and the items. The store is always organized and the customer services excels my expectations.
Despite not having as many items as normal. They held up very well and is completely recovered from the pandemic. Well run establishment.

It’s literally Publix. Who doesn’t like Publix?
I called in an order for 2 boxes of hot wings both spicy, fresh, & one non breaded. It was about 6: 20 in the evening & I was told 7 p.m. The order would be ready. I arrived early to do some additional shopping. I approached the deli & saw an employee remove a box of wings from the cage. He walked in the back for a few minutes & came back with an additional box in his hands. I asked was that order for Dwayne & he replied yes. I asked but what happened to fresh hot wings. It bad enough to that Publix Wings have increased by several dollars to he past year. This isn't customer service especially when I waited over 50 min.

Clean and organized love the byon I check every Thursday for weekly sales
Very friendly personnel love Publix
I really enjoy shopping at this publix. The store is very well stocked, the employees are quite nice, and the prices are reasonable. I have personally noticed that the store managers greet customers as they shop throughout the store. I've been in a lot of supermarkets, but publix is a front runner when it comes to customer service. Thank You!
