Publix Super Market at Brickell Village reviews
15I was frustrated! I have nothing against Spanish speaking people, but not one person spoke English there! I couldn't communicate with anyone so I spent so much time looking for what I needed!
Disappointed that they changed their closing hours from 11 pm to 10 pm. Why? This is Miami people!
Great selection of food, groceries and other stuff, right in the heart of Brickell neighborhood.
The pastries section is a must.
It can be a bit pricey but it’s worth a visit.
I saw workers at the deli and in the meat section without wearing masks. I think this should be addressed by managment.
This store is a hot mess and the “leadership” team has zero customer service skills. I have shopped here for years but today’s awful experience prompted this review. I purchased six items, and 3 of the six rang up incorrectly. The cashier who was picking his hangnails called the “supervisor” named John who acted like he was doing me a favor for giving me the advertised price. When I asked him if that was all he was going to do for my inconvenience he stated that “that was the Publix promise” and “that was all he was obligated to do”. I’m very disappointed in the customer service and training of “leadership”. I will take my business elsewhere.
THERE IS NO SOCIAL DISTANCE IN THIS PUBLIX THEY ARE NOT MONITORING THE FLOW OF PEOPLE AT ALL! ALSO THEY ALLOW PEOPLE IN WITHOUT MASKS! BRICKELL LOCATION PUBLIX
I was there at 12: 30 pm. Parking was tough. Store was very busy & crowded. I could not get through 2 of the isles. Vegetables/fruits were not fresh. Check out was easy.
I went there walking during my lunch break. After walking back to work from there I found there was a maggot in the rice. Of course I didn't have time to go back and complain since I was on my lunch hour. So I decided to call, only to be put on hold four time! Never going back
Small store. Missing things other Publix have. Cashier not very friendly, and I wish should would speak English
Great place for groceries, cafe and bakery goodies. Clean store, courteous helpful staff, and usually cashier lines are short and fast moving.
Nice neighborhood shopping area. I come here walking to buy my groceries and everything is always organized. Only problem is that there is no WIFI!
This Publix has everything needed to make shopping a one stop shopping experience. It has a deli, bakery, meat and fish department, a full service pharmacy, and a liquor store. What else can I say?
One of the best publix ive been to.very clean and organized and a wonderfull staff.employee in almost every isle eager to help and very social
There's not nearly enough parking at this location, but it is a nicely-sized outpost that should have everything you need.
Not a great entrance from the street and the parking lot isn't great either. But, once inside everything improves. A good selection of items, fair prices, good sales (plenty of buy-one-get-one sales when I was there), and very helpful staff.
