Publix Super Market at Deerwood Village SC, Jacksonville FL

Is not the nicest Publix, but had most stuff all publix have and never can beat the employees of a Publix as they are nicest of any place I shop and not just grocery stores.

Stopped by for some lunch on our road trip. Found everything we needed, including some freshly-made guacamole. Lots of great meal options.

Good customer service. Can find most of what's needed. Seafood department stinks.ask what's fresh.they have a lot of "previously frozen". Publix is over priced.

Been shopping there for almost a decade.store associate are always courteous, also there are enough bogo and discounts to keep it affordable

The produce at this store is terrible. I’ve been here several times to find old rotting produce. The fact that this has been a problem on multiple visits tells me this location cares nothing about the quality of items on shelf.

Your better off going to Walmart or anywhere else. They do not enforce mask they say it's the offercers job. They do not care about us. Very upset with Publix.

When I request help me to cut pork feat into several piece, he refused. I was told that cutting port feet and tail is not allowed. If publix has rule that not allowing cut meant with bone, I will take back me words. But other locations, if I requested to cut, they will help me. This is only one refused me. I am very surprised.

I Really Like this Publix- All their employees are so nice and helpful! Their Deli dept is Awesome- they listen to you and make your wrap as you would yurself (Other Deli's Make Them Sloppy) I would reccomend AnyOne wanting a Positive Experience to visit this Location! Bc THEY ROCK

Been living in Mandarin, and shopping at this Publix, for about 9 years now. All of the employees at this store have always treated us as if we're the family that owns Publix. We still get that level of service today.

You know you're in an upscale neighborhood store when the wine that's on sale is two bottles for $16

Today the store didn't smell like fish-a bonus-the nice lady at deli helped-still an expensive place to shop

I work here, and I would rate this store 5 stars if it weren't for deli management. It could not be worse in my humble opinion.

Old, tired but convenient. Made this mistake of buying some "fresh" Mayport Shrimp tonight at $11.99lb. Got home and went to prepare and was over taken by the foul smell.and had to take them back. Sure the cash refund is nice policy but what about the hour out of my day and still no dinner? Cash back and a gift card for the inconvenience would be nice to offset the potential food poisoning of selling bad food?

Good store with friendly staff. Only drawback is it's a heavily crowded area at that intersection.

Not coming here again, I got here at 6: 54am and saw all the doors open so I went in to begin my shopping (which normally takes much longer than 6 minutes). The older gentleman that was parking the electric motor chairs outside went in to find me and forced me to leave rudely stating they were closed and following me out the door. It was literally 6: 54am.what could I possibly do at 6: 54 and why wasn't I told something before getting to the isle

Love coming to this Publix it's always clean and you always get a smile very pleasant people working there I really enjoy it I definitely recommend everybody to come to this Publix

Great employee-owned grocery store. It is clean. The employees are happy to offer assistance when you need it. The bakery always offers the freshest selection of baked goods. The produce in neat & well-kept in a clean area of the store. You can feel good about shopping here because Publix does so much for its communities.

I have been coming here for years and the service is always great. I have seen some of the same faces for the past four or five years and they strive hard to remember your name, your family etc. It really makes shopping a great experience. The store is very clean and I've never even seen a spill on the floor. Service is usually fast and if someone doesnt know they will actually find out instead of saying like we probably don't have it.
