Publix Super Market at The Harbor Shops, Fort Lauderdale FL

Love this place so nice very organized and service is wow. Example of today is the manager with the name Cary bag my staff and help me with the shopping trolley. Outstanding and the cashier Peaches she is just so polite and nice thank you again great job

Publix is my favorite grocery store. Always clean and well stocked. Delicious items in the bakery, deli, with readymade food you can grab and go if in a hurry. Publix carries the widest variety of foods of any chain I've been in. And don't get me started about a sub from the deli. Pub subs are the absolute best subs of everywhere! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Publix is always my first choice.

I have to give the Publix Customer Service employee, Deidre, a great big Thank You! I was on vacation and my cell phone charger die, and being from out of town I went to the Publix Store. Deidre was at the counter, I questioned her about cell phone chargers and she pointed me in the direction where I could locate them. I went back to Customer Service and asked if they could check to see if it would fit. It didn’t, Deidre knew how upset I was and tried to calm me down. I asked if she knew if there was a phone store nearby. She actually said “Yes across the parking lot, “. She checked to see if they were open. She wished success to finding a charger and wished us a great vacation!
I am so IMPRESSED with Deidre!
She handled my “crisis “, with empathy and respect!
I am writing a review, hoping her management sees it, and realizes what a GEM of an employee they have within their mists!

The items in the middle of the isles does pose a trip hazard and traffic jams. Some of your staff do not yield the right of way to the customer.

Great place! Wouldn’t have any complaints except lol one of the cart returns are fully disfunctional, having been crushed and not fixed

Store is ran down an management is horrible from the store manager an deli bakery serves old cookies so hard an bread is tougher it almost broke my teeth cheese had mold on it store is horrible new store manager they have he look very lost when u talk to him short jerk stay away shop further west side

Love it here one of my favorite grocery stores. Always easy to find what I need, great product selections, fresh produce seafood and meats. A plus.the service is always A1.

I didn't walk around the whole store, but what I did see was lower prices than what I was used to. It appeared to be neat and organized. I went for a pre-made salad and bought 2. Enjoyed them both.

Great Publix. This store is a little bigger than most and always have what I need in stock. Parking can be somewhat frustrating but overall a great location.

The best Publix Supermarket I've ever visited. I guess the area is in tells it all. Really great food. So much to do in the area. ️

Larger store than Sunrise location, big produce department, nice variety of specialty meats, cheeses, deli items. Large liquor department and great store in general. Was very happy and found everything on my list with ease, nice people and a clean store too. No complaints!
