This is by far the Publix with the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Store is large with wide isles and very large frozen section. Full wine, deli, bakery, and produce section.

Update: from best deli experience, to yet another bad one.
Tonight one white lady was hustling at the deli while 7 or 8 black deli counter women were huddled behind the sub station talking and ignoring customers.
I've had NUMEROUS bad experiences at Publix Deli (s) due to contempt and or discrimination by the deli counter help. I've been thinking about recording my experiences and tonight I did. This is a serious corporate problem and it truly must be addressed. It's not something I'm willing or should have to tolerate or accept.

High accolades to the lone woman who was doing her job and helping Publix customers. Monday, 2/13,5PM.

Best deli experience I've ever had at a Publix (most often quite bad) around noon today.
Professional lady at the counter, made some great recommendations, was swift, polite, friendly.

Worth going over the bridge for me. The customer service you'd expect. I like their isle arrangement better. If I'm on my bicycle though that bridge climb is a bit much. But if you're already east of the bridge, go no where else. EDU-3DR

Publix appears to be a chain of stores we have been to when visiting South Florida from California. They seem to be everywhere. Our experience in these stores has universally been positive. The one in Jupiter is no exception. Wide open, clean, and bright with all the best fine and fresh food you could want. Helpful, friendly staff. Wish we had them in California.

This review is only about the pharmacy. The rest of the store is fine. I work anywhere from 50-60 hours a week and was unable to pick up a prescription until today. I called and asked the pharmacist on staff (either Michael or Matthew, I don’t remember) if he could stay until 7: 02pm instead of closing at 7pm as I’m going out of town tomorrow for a week. I understand that they have regular business hours and there are other pharmacies around. He was rude and told me that he’s been working all day and can’t stay an extra two minutes. I walked in at 7: 01pm because I honestly couldn’t believe that someone in the health care industry could have such a lack of compassion. The gates were down, the lights were off and Michael or Matthew was no where to be found one minute after closing! Absurd. I hope that management sees this review.

Don’t try to order online, they never bother taking care of it… 3rd or 4th time that I order I get here and they are just cleaning, chatting… other than that pretty good

Great customer service as usual…Over and above. Everyone was involved to delivery great customer service and that what I love about Publix in general.

Terrible! I ordered for delivery what a mess wow!
My online receipt is 129.36 yet then with drew out of my bank account 144.36 and they send you to the delivery service to recoup your money. Unbelievable it even says Publix on my bank statement. Be careful with Publix on there delivery service total rip-off dot your eyes and cross your t’s watch them closely. My online receipt and bank statement will get me my money back. Crazy country out there. God bless.

Love that there is no self check out, old fashion customer service. There deli makes awesome sandwiches. Store is very clean.

This store is the beach tourist store so if you know how and when to navigate it, no issues. Super nice people who work here, the deli people always make sure our pick up subs are ready, awesome and don't get stolen by beach rats. All the healthy food options seem to go on clearance and disappear, the demographic doesn't support it so if you see a variety of gluten free and specialty items Sprouts or Whole foods would be more accommodating to special dietary issues.
