This is a nice, clean, safe place to buy. They have pharmacy, cafeteria, food options, bakery. You also can be vaccinated

I usually don't write reviews, but I'm getting real tired of wasting money buying produce in this place. A short trip through the produce section is all you need to see for yourself that at least 50% of the fruits, vegetables, and herbs are literally ROTTING on the shelves and displays. Worst of all, when you think you picked a fresh one (of anything) you take it home, and it's actually rotten inside or borderline rotten. Yes, they will replace the items, with no problems. Yes, they do have great customer service and are very polite people that work there. But I should not have to go back and exchange food or throw half bags of spinach away (for example) every other time I shop. They should do a better job of rotating their produce, and getting rid of old or rotten things.

Always a pleasure to shop at this store. The shelves are fully stocked and the employee's are helpful and friendly.

Long wait at deli while workers converse with each other, they even acknowledge that a customer is there and still no help.

Standing in line everytime I want a delicious publix sub and I always end up waiting over 30min to get helped. I see the staff moving very slowly and not taking any pride and respect in completing orders quickly and on time.

You would think with all the excellent customer service and quality this brand has towards its guests, that making food is not difficult.if the staff were well trained properly and were well stocked with products.

I absolutely love this Publix.the customer service is always above my expectations, today a gentleman by the name of Gallardo did me the favor of cutting pumpkin for me into smaller pieces since I suffer from carpal tunnel and find it very hard to do so myself. It's the small gestures like these that will always keep me a satisfied and returning Publix customer.

Clean. Well provided. Mayonaise glutten free organic. A lott of glutten free products. Real nice place to shop.

Horrible Publix. Shrimp choices very poor. Tomato choices even worst. It's a lottery store, could not even walk in because of the lottery line.and an armed guard? Wont be back to this location

I love it cause employees are always friendly and very helpful when u ask them a question. And they are open up til 11pm

Always a challenge getting the online deli ordering correct.its always late and they usually heat my sub even when i rype in my preference of not heating it.

Really Publix, can you not do.anything about the begger lady and her kids sitting outside the exit door? I've seen this lady in other places. Besides why.is the little begger girl not in School?

Maria Brous is a psychopath for making her poor employees show the company's lack of gratitude for their consumer's business. I'm not big on micromanagement, infact I never liked being treated like a toddler even when I was one; but I ordered a sandwich online for 2: 10. It wasn't in the pick up bin. So I waited in que from 2: 13 to 2: 28 while the deli girl made the same one customer, the same one Roast Beef sandwich! Are there any employee performance standards here?

Always enough registers open for checkout. Great carts that are clean and work. A much nicer shopping experience!

Prices are decent for the subs although cooked meals are really awful. Ordered a 1/4 chicken meal with two sides ($4.79) chicken was still raw, rice had zero salt (and funny flavor) and they did not handle me either a fork or knife. In one word: Lacking.

I love Publix! Very clean supermarket, with a nice variety of products to choose from. Staff is very friendly and willing to help customers. Items organized and the store is well-stocked. If you download the app you can conveniently access their coupons and their weekly ads via their circular. App creates your shopping list and has a scanner to help you check prices in store.

Bad costumer service. No help in returns. I bought the incorrect item and wanted to exchange for the correct one, but they side I only had 2 weeks to return, but if I spent more than 3000 dollars, then I will have 45 days to return. To me that policy and the explanation was discriminating policy and customer service.

Good place to buy cold cuts and seafood with the prices being low. However I like to note that the soups they make daily are pretty good. Although I'm not seeing the lobster bisque nor clam chowder as often.

I reall love coming to this Publix. You have Johnny Pascual and he is the most friendly bagger you will ever meet.
