Publix Super Market at Town Square At Wellington

Every publix I've been to so far, always look, clean and well stocked. Thumbs up for our American Publix George W. Jenkins would be proud I believe.

Please if u are African American don't go to this Publix store. I thought martin Luther King died for equality. But the pharmacist danna Lee didn't stand up and do what was right she went along with the other racist pharmacist who told her to not fill my pain medication because I'm African American this store is racist and every other Publix

I’ve been shopping here for over 8 years as i live minutes away. It used to be the best. But ever since they updated the store it’s never been the same. The customer service is lacking and sometimes they’re even disrespectful and rude. I’ve had multiple issues with the deli section lately and I never say anything usually, but it’s not improving. Today i was in waiting by the hot food side to be helped and i was the only customer, I’ve waited about 10 minutes without being acknowledged then a lady came by with her son and they weren’t in line they were just looking at the options and talking when Wisner the employee came and started immediately serving the lady, disregarding me just like that. They were both speaking a different language so they went on and on for another 7 minutes then it looked like she was about to start ordering when she looked at me and said you’ve been helped right? I said no because he decided to disregard me! So she let me order first as i was there first. He never apologized or anything. I ordered pop corn chicken and he didn’t wrap the box or close it just toss it so carelessly! I said could you please wrap it? So he did with the most annoyed look on his face! Why? What have i done as a customer to be treated that way? This is just one incident that I’m mentioning but I swear every time it’s something. I’m never ever going to shop here again. This is the most expensive grocery store to be treated like that!

So, so - i give 5 stars to the publix on 441 in royal palm - town square is always out of stock on so many everyday things

I bought a cake here and they had it ready for me at the customer service center. Very fast and efficient.

Deli is a terrible place here. Today given expired meat for the second time in a week's time. Do not shop here. They will do the same for you.

Sandwich was ready 10 minutes after expected time provided by Publix. The sandwich was not toasted as selected. Usually have no complaints with and enjoy shopping at Publix, but this online sandwich order was below their usual standards.

A huge and varied store, upscale, very clean, and an excellent staff, but I have seen not a few types that do not have prices, which forces you to go to customer service to ask!

I want to thank Eric and Anita. I had placed an order for a sub, but they had messed my order. I love coming to Publix but they way I was treated today just for the inconvenience was the best customer service experience ever. If I could give 10 stars I would, Thank you guys for everything you did.

Parking makes you want to hurt somebody and when you're done parking I feel like hurting them all over.

Pharmacy tech was disrespectful when all I did was tell her that it would have been nice had they called to tell me they didnt have my prescription in stock. That’s it. No apology just attitude “Either way I still dont have it so what do you wanna do…” Girl all you have to do is apologize and keep it pushing… you could have called me and we wouldn’t have even had to interact! And then she couldn’t even defend her tone when I called her out on her using a tone. Publix supposedly holds their employees at such high standards but thats a lie, people in pharmacy feel they can talk to people however they want …. And there aren't any repercussions for them.

This is very nice grocery store. Everything was in place and it was so organized. The staff was very friendly especially when they saw that I was lost in the aisles.

I show at Publix a lot. The bag boy this time was terrible. I asked not to bag my gallon jugs of milk. Which he didn't. But once he put all my other groceries in plastic bags and put then in the cart. He put the three one gallon jugs on top of everything. One was on my bananas. Another on my subs from the deli. The last crushed a box of crackers. I didn't realize this until I started loading everything into my car. By then it was too late. The damage was done. I don't normally shop at this Publix and will probably never shop here again.

There was a lady in front of me and she had a lot of stuff in her cart. I was so impatient not to decide stay or go in that line. I was in a rush.

Used their Pharmacy Department for the first time, for my second booster shot. Everything went smoothly, pre- registration took care of any possible problems. No appointment was necessary, though.
