This Publix used to excel in Customer service, that was 4,5 years ago.little by little, service degraded to what it is now, sadly.

I have only been here twice. Both times for fried chicken. By far the best I have had in a very long time. I hope they don't change it. Othe publix have changed the way the cook it.

Sub was one of the poorest made, hardly no meat, and very very sloppy. Need employees that care about their work.

It is very expensive and its fruit does not take long in the refrigerator for at least 2 days. The fruit that comes later from Publix is ​​the banana.

Publix is where we went to get a pre-cooked Turkey, the last couple years, so they could not find my order, but the supervisor recognized me, and knew I had been there multiple times, Either her or the cashier gave me $8 off for the inconvenience, witch I did not even ask for, so that shows you what kind of people they are, both apologized, and I said well I. Sure that your store is very busy, they added coolers near the customer service area, just for all the food orders to be placed and destributed, and they all said to enjoy and to have a great Christmas, so this was the Fishawk location that I was dealing with, and a huge thanks to the them as well.

The manager Theodore was extremely helpful and you can tell he takes pride in his job. Such a handsome fellow and a great smile. He also gave me a free cookie.

They ALWAYS have electric scooter carts available for my grandmother to use. Super clean and organized. Well stocked after hurricane ian.

Always pleasant. Tonight, I needed a script filled for my dog who is very possibly dying. The pharmacy was so kind, and efficient. My eyes puffy from crying all day, and they filled it within 15 minutes. You have no idea what that meant to me after the week and day I had. Thank you. Your pharmacist rocks.

Just moved to town. First time here. Very clean and friendly from what I could see. I ordered a cake and sandwiches for my daughter's 8th birthday this past weekend. It's kind of her thing. Got everything home and the cake was plain vanilla and I asked for confetti cake. The cubanitos looked like they ran out of meat. The many years I have been buying them and they have never looked like that. I had to go purchase more meat to add to them. Very disappointing. Seems like things are getting more expensive and less quality.

Publix… when only the good stuff is good enough. You are worth it, invest in yourself… you are worth it and will fell way better. Eat The Fresh Stuff, your body will feel amazing and you will have plenty of energy

I will keep the four stars because overall I love this Publix. But my GOD they need to train the employees making the subs. Dude asked me if I knew how to make a steak and cheese sub. Then told me that I had to get my ingredients on the side. There is a whole lot more to this 45 min SUB-par experience. Needless to say I left with zero subs. Oh man! Can't forget about employee Larry who was on his break after I had been waiting for my two subs for 20 mins at this point got his before me (pays to know people) well, he stood there talking about how he was going to cut a customer the other day. Yeah he needs to be fired! Someone please train the staff because they are clueless. Hmmm, what to get for dinner now? ‍️

I've literally never had a negative experience as a customer here. Prices are a little higher, but customer service and friendliness is second only to the likes of Chic-Fil-A.

My guy Brett, stopped what he was doing, and went to the delivery truck to look for the product that I was requesting. Great job Brett!

They always run out of white bread for the deli which is upsetting
You know it’s a hot commodity so why not make more that will last till closing instead of losing customers
Because not a lot of people like to eat sandwiches with seeds in their bread

Only Publix I've ever had to make returns to on multiple occasions. One time I got steaks that were literally shoe leather and I've had two custom-made sandwiches that were wrong.

The inventory is very broad so you can handle all your landscaping and gardening needs. The people are also very courteous

Sub online pickup is never ready on time. Put in a 5: 15 pickup, still waiting at 5: 40. Decided to tell me they’re out of white bread after I complained about waiting. No call or notification in advance. This location needs to get their act together!

This store is very clean & well kept. Fruits & Veggies are fresh & bright in color! Almost always has what I need in stock!

This is just a review for the deli. Please train your employees in the proper use of gloves. The person who made my sandwich used their gloves to operate the printer, clean the cutting board off then put trash in the trash can with their gloves and proceeded to make my sandwich with the same gloves on. Including pressing the meat into the sub with cross contaminated gloves. Who knows how long they had those "disposable" gloves on. This is not just disgusting but dangerous to customers and a major health code violation.
