Poor customer service when ordering subs online, they’re not always filling the order I noticed the Haitian team working always fails to fill my sub online orders, it would be great if they hired more people that speak English, I’m not racist or anything but I never have any issues with the English speaking team it’s just the no English team, Ray makes the best sandwiches and offers the best customer service. The rest of the Haitian crew need to work on their customer service skills you can’t just ignore orders while working in the deli so unprofessional it’s not the first time they ignored my order.

Left my wallet in the men's restroom. Someone returned it to Lavere (Customer Service).
This makes me want to come back me here again.

Here he is waiting for his favorite chicken dinner with sugar snap peas! Thanks again for making a very difficult situation during Covid less stressful for me, and a happy time for him!?

After having a short conversation with Doug, who works in the parking lot doing grocery carts, i'm compelled to write a review to commemorate his hard word and dedication. Even on a rainy and windy day, he preserved through, and managed to do it with a smile on his face! His compassion absolutely made my day!

This is the worst Publix i have ever experienced in my entire life the employees are rude, it’s filthy, the deli ia HORRIBLE.they can never keep the shelves stocked, today they were out of chicken? How does that happen? Every time i come here i leave upset, and then i have to deal with the worst parking lot in the history of man, they let homeless people sit by the entrance every day all day long and they let people park in the fire line. I hate this Publix.

One of the largest on the area despite that it's been there for a while. Shopping at publix it's normally a pleasure, but the cooked food attendants need to be more pleasant when dealing with the customers and stop the talking among themselves.

My to go to place for everything last minute! And this is where we shop for most of our groceries! They make the BEST cakes ever! I sent alot of brides there for wedding cakes. They are so good, fast and great quality!

"Poor front in customer service'. On vacation with a brace on my foot, price came up wrong on a item at redgerster, was told she would have to check the price but just walked away and ignored me leaving me hanging. Checked out, I walked up to her told her that was poor customer service and I was going to complain. Her reply was go ahead.

My family, we consistently shop at Publix Super Markets, in Palmetto Bay, Key West and their new store in historic Overtown where my better half office is located. Publix staff at all locations provide Outstanding Customer service, competitive pricing, and their bathrooms are always clean.

Well organized and clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Well stocked with our favorite items just like our local Publix in the Sarasota area.

What can I say it's public they do a great job of keeping the store clean well laid out well stocked and the customer service is just fantastic. They have a pretty extensive beer selection and for convenience next door they have their own Publix liquor store.

The delivery service is fantastic! I am so happy to be able to order food supplies and have them delivered promptly to our hotel for just a small service charge and tip. The communication through the app was excellent, in real time we could adjust our order to stock while it was picked. Our support person was awesome, got it done fast. 5 stars.

Great place to shop. Especially at night. Stocked shelves & lots of help when you need it. As always, customer service is top notch. Publix in Key West is just a little bit better. Thanks for everything!

A nice grocery store, has a nice amount of stock, but limited on some items. I know that is not their fault so I can’t criticize them for that. The workers were friendly and helpful, the store looked clean.

Fastest self checkout in town. Good layout makes it easy to find items. Customer service is outstanding. I once lost a bag of groceries I left in the grocery cart and they replaced every single one for free. I didn't even ask him to do so they offered.

Really lazy, unknowlegable staff, many with poor English skills which they use to avoid work. It's interesting to watch. These folks spend your service time chatting with their friends in the parking lot.
