Publix Super Market at University Village reviews
21Love Publix, one of my favorite grocery stores. Would have a little better selection at this location but still better than Walmart groceries.
The absolute worst Publix EVER.staff is too busy talking to each other to attend to a customer.ill trained, and don't know how to talk to customers.i love Publix and i live 2 blocks away, i will never go there again
i also tell my friends to shop elsewhere!
I shop at this Publix almost every day and I wear a backpack so I think the staff thinks I'm homeless and they follow me around the store a lot
My favorite Publix. Employees doing a great Job. The Bakery & Meat Department amazing. Happy also with Customer Service Little Complain with the fresh Sandwiches. More Issues with ordering on Line for Pick Up. Anyway HAPPY HOLIDAYS
Publix is always Top of the line in my book, fresh veggies and customer service.this is the place to shop. It's all together a Better Quality of meats a better quality and all brans of food.
This is Publix. It is in a very decent area going towards the beach. It's Always clean and friendly workers greet and send you off as well.
I don't love the prices BUT I love the customer service and attention to detail from the staff. I've been living here for 6 months now and can say without a question, Publix truly provides a different shopping experience than other grocers.
Publix need to train their deli staff on how and when to change gloves and not to touch their face and mask before preparing food.
Easy in - easy out. The staff are super helpful, you ask anyone with a green shirt on where something is and they will stop what they are doing and help right away. The meat and seafood counters here are really nice for such a tight urban grocery!
Usual Publix experience and by that I mean the Deli was full of all kinds of amazing, tasty, craveable things (I got a salmon salad, meat lasagna, lobster bisque and charcuterie tray!) The employees were very friendly and helpful. This location just might become my go to Publix.
Great shopping experience, gotta luv Publix!
Super friendly and helpful staff!
Absolutely adore Publix Super Market at University.
Nice surprise in that area with decent amount of parking. The store is on the top floor which you access via an elevator. They also have a liquor store attached to it.
Shopping here and spending approximately $800 dollars in groceries and gift cards every single month for for the past 4 years. It took two employees, a manager named Jacqueline and another employee waiting outside of the restroom, (humiliating) to corner me as I walked out and to tell me to hold onto my dogs leash. I let go of the leash for less than one minute to run to the restroom because I had heavy items in my hand. My support animal follows me everywhere at all times without a leash. I felt embarrassed and threaten because I was cornered near the entrance of the restroom. On another note this is not the first time I was disrespected here or had a customer service issue in this store. Driving 2 blocks further away from now on to a different grocery store.
I want you to downtown location I brought me some food service was quick and fast I've been to downtown they're very nice your employees and and they were kind of curious top notch
Unlike the other stores, no wipes for carts; that feels unsanitary and cheap. Also not as friendly and clean, including outside.
Publix is always a great store as you probably know. This store is a smaller city store. They don't have enough room to carry all the items their bigger stores carry. It very convenient for me to walk to.
You may pay a little more for some items but you also get generally great customer service and their produce buyers only by from the premier growers around the world.
This Publix has the worst deli customer service of any Publix in St. Pete.if you want a sandwich made. Employees move as slowly as possible and it is so blatonly obvious. This has been this way forever. I keep trying to go back to this location hoping things have changed but they remain the same. The deli manager should be fired.
I shop at Publix for many years and continue to, they carry what I am looking for and more, it's clean and there subs and fish department is great plus there bakery for cakes when your in a hurry for the last minute something comes up for gathering.
Great location, always hard to find parking but they have an on duty lot attendant who will tow you if you are not using the stores in that property
