Publix Super Market at Regency Village Shopping Center reviews
18Love this store, had everything we needed & more. Great customer service, extensive product selection. Warm & friendly staff.
If I could give this Publix zero stars I would. They are horrible. They never have anything in stock for their deli or hot foods. They take forever to help and give attitude. Honestly the management of the this Publix need to revalue all their employees
Publix is actually a great Supermarket! I was very impressed with how pleasant and helpful the staff was. And the variety of non food items were great. Prices were good too
A Florida Publix, what else can be said. Always above and beyond customer service when needed, but you pay slightly higher prices for the Publix experience.
Man this Publix deli is terrible. I placed a sub order for pick up. Arrived at my pick up time and they're calling me saying we don't have the flat bread that you want. Can't you just tell the bakery to throw some dough in the oven. If I have to wait 30 minutes to pick up my sub from the time of order then why are they making the sub right in front of me. That makes so sense. There not even busy. They have no hot food in the deli. It's pretty obvious that management here doesn't care and there's no accountability.
I thought people were crazy when they said I'd love Publix stores. I'm a believer now! Friendly staff, great prices, fresh product.
Ordered Thanksgiving dinner for our Disney trip from here, and was quite impressed. Everything was great, although not quite as good as Grandma's. We had ordered 2 dinners to feed 14, just had to pick up rolls and a couple pies to complete it while there. Price was reasonable too!
Slowest Publix when it comes to sandwiches. The sandwich people are very nice but they are so slow. It's the slowest I've ever encountered. A manager needs to check in on that. At least 10 min per sandwich they take. Also there's no one at the hot food section so you wait and wait for help with that too.
Most workers were very polite and helpful. Girl at least counter was rude and kept using the equipment that the gentleman helping was trying to use and then didn't clean it off.
I've never even been to this store but wanted to get an employee of mine/his family an awesome gift delivered to his hotel for their Disney World visit. I called all around to florists, the hotels, Disney's official gift basket service with no luck. I read on one blog that Publix can help out. Gave the store a ring and the employee (Devon) and their staff went above and beyond. Texted me photos of the floral options, the Disney stuffed animal options for his little girls, and even wrote a card to the employee for me (since I'm in Austin!). And Devon delivered the gift to the hotel! Thank y'all for helping me make magic!
Pretty much like every other Publix out there. We were in the area and had some time to kill so we stopped in to look for a cake. It seems that the cake that we wanted is not something that they keep in stock in any of their stores from what we were told. If they had a day they could custom make one for us but I kind of needed it that day. Quite simply we were looking for a yellow cake with chocolate frosting for someone's birthday. It was their specific request. In the end I ended up having to bake one myself which turned out fine. I would have done other shopping except for be home for a while and this location isn't anywhere near where we live. The store itself was clean and well organized and the employees were very friendly.
This has been my favorite Publix for over 10 years until today. Target will gladly accept my money and wait for it…. Will actually bag my groceries and have a pleasant conversation with me in the mean time️
Always shop here when I'm Florida. Loved their BOGO deals. Twice this year when I was at two different locations in Florida they were out of half and half which is weird. But it's been a weird year for things to be out of stock anyway.
Visited while on vacation in Florida. It was near the hotel we stayed in. I found it to be expensive but it is neat, clean, and well stocked.
Huge store but not overwhelming. Super fresh meats, outstanding fruits and veggies. I suggest buying Disney themed ponchos here, $5 versus $10 to $20 in the parks, your gonna need them, lol. They had a small section of clothing 1 full isle for all. I was able to find a Rivera style throw on loose dress for $20 and it's perfect. Kids, men's, woman's thongs/Sandler too. Publix really has everything you need to make your vacation stay a great experience wether in a resort with a full kitchen or a standard hotel room you'll find comfort amenities here. But most of all Relax and enjoy.
The staff at the deli is phenomenal. I walked in an ordered 100 wings and they made it happen in less than 30 minutes. Keep up the good work, you guys rocks
Traveled to a resort near this Publix with my twin for our bday. Cake was very dry, which is unusual for Publix. Also had a surprise in the cake thoroughly disgusted with them
We were on Vacation last week staying at the Blue Green The Fountain Resort, this Publix was out of fresh fried chicken both times I visited. The wait the first time was 45 minutes, the store was not that busy. The next time I visited was last Thursday August 8th, there were only 4 pieces of chicken but the looked as though they were left over from early that day. I ask for 4 fried wing and was informed either would be 30 minutes.
Again the store was not that busy. After 30 minutes fresh boxes of chicken came out but what I ordered did not and the youg lady that told me to come back had gone on break. I love shopping at Publix but my visit at this one in Orlando left me disappointed.
