Publix Super Market at Shoppes at Pelican Landing reviews
15Nice clean Publix. Great BOGO's as usual. Beer prices are higher than Walmart. Great liquor sales in the liquor store.
Publix has the best bakery and deli (sandwiches). Love grabbing lunch on our way to the beach
It is a sad commentary on our nation to have to see the number of 70 to 80 year old people having to remain in the workforce at various Publix markets around Florida in order to make ends meet and to pay the bills. Just imagine if we as a nation never believed in aborting babies when it was first sanctioned by godless men years ago, how many more young adults there would be in our workforce today instead of 'retirees'.
Please don't misunderstand or misinterpret what I've stated. I commend Publix for hiring those aged blessed seniors but what choice do they have after all? Really. The young adults for the most part have zero work ethic or desire to work for a company from the bottom up like they did years ago. Now we are paying the 'piper' as they said in the old days.
Publix is a very nice company and we will continue to support them.
Typically they have what I need. I like shopping in the smaller Publix, if you're shopping for one you can find smaller portions.
Also has a great pharmacy
I am a loyal Publix customer, and I travel quite a bit, so I'm in and out of a lot of their stores. This particular store is laid out in a unique way, and it didn't seem to make sense to me. The store was clean and well kept. Sadly, the employees were not all that knowledgeable or helpful, but I was satisfied that they had what I needed.
Great store, big, lots of choices in all departments. The fruit and vegetable area is awesome! Friendly people.
Out of all the Publix’s I’ve been to over the years this is the worst one. The customer service is horrible compared to other Publix’s in the area.
Wonderful staff, impeccably kept store, + fantastic selection of unique products! My most favorite Publix in Bonita Springs & all of Naples! Keep up the great work Corey, Sonny & Paul!
Easily the dirtiest Publix I have ever been to. The entire store smells like body odor. Shelves and flooring are a mess …. And the bathroom- horrendous. Even traumatizing. How hard is it to clean? So disappointing for a company that has enough money to hire professionals in order to ensure the customers are comfortable.
I don't normally write reviews. But our recent terrible experience at the deli at this Publix deserved one. The "gentleman" who made our subs was surprisingly snarky and grouchy. I can't speak for the entire store.but the entire vibe in the deli section was poor. No smiles and it appeared that folks standing in line had to wait for workers to get theirs made first along with take-out orders. I imagine hiring quality employees is more challenging these days.but we won't be back to this location.
Love coming to Publix! Specifically, the Boar’s Head guy, Michael! Introduced me to new foods and I even purchased the Boar’s Head dip for my work and everyone loved it! He’s a great addition to Publix.
I mean, it’s a grocery store. A bit on the small side. Limited meat and produce sections. Because of the store’s size, certain items, like cheese and bacon are hard to find and they certainly aren’t where you’d expect them to be. Takes some getting used to.
Service and kitchen staff issues showed. Manager was working very hard to please customers. We will return.
My favorite place
U can ways find some thing to buy that is good. Always clean and great help for the customers
The Publix at Pelican Landing is an outstanding grocery store! They have a great selection of fresh produce, fresh seafood, fresh meats and even wine and beer. They also have a wonderful pharmacy led by Fenal (not sure of spelling). He is very ably assisted by Patsy who runs up the orders and provides the prescriptions. They are both terrific, caring individuals. We highly recommend the pharmacy because of them!
One minor issue: it often takes 10 to 20 minutes to get an order of cold cuts at the Deli. Why can't they pre-cut and package some common cold cuts, so you don't have to wait in line. Other Publix stores do this. So does Fresh Market. It would save a lot of time (and probably sell a lot of deli meats!).
