Publix Super Market at Mariner Commons, Spring Hill FL

I love Publix. I wish it was up north where my children live with their families. Publix is always clean and had great specials n BOGO deals.

This area is overpopulated, traffic signals and entrances around the McDonald's are very dangerous, parking, everyone is in a hurry in this very busy area, rude, also the homeless sit in this area especially around the McDonald's and panhandle.

1st 10 items or less lane left hand side. Rude cashier, after loading the groceries on the conveyor belt to be rung up. Says is there more than 10 litems here? We counted it was 13 items we had. I'm sorry can't take them she says. 10 items or less. So we had to take everything off.put them in a cart and move to a regular line. This was totally uncalled for and an inconvenience. Someone needs to talk to her about proper etiquette and courtesy with customers because obviously she's lacking both!

One of my favorite supermarkets to shop at. When it's rainy they will stand outside with umbrellas and offer to walk you to your car. They go out of their way to be polite and courteous. It is always a pleasant experience.

I only go to Publix for sale items. Publix regular price are very high as compared to Wal-Mart or Aldi's

It was way too crowded coul d nt find anything. Everyone was there to pick up dinner. Deli Dept way too busy

Publix has become my favorite supermarket. They offer Great deals and even better customer service. Shopping at Publix is enjoyable and leaves me with a peace of mind when I enter the building.

I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and organized this location is. Clean, I wouldn't hesitate to use this location again. As are all Publix stores, a bit pricey.

People here are great alittle more expensive than most but the BOGOSIAN are great and the buy 2 get one free are amazing. All in all it's a wonderful shopping experience.

Stood in the deli at the counter for 17 minutes, no one would acknowledge or help me. Multiple customers in front of me, and behind me walked away because they weren’t willing to wait. I asked two of the people behind the counter slicing meat for help they both said they were not working the sub part. Called the store while in line and asked for someone to come to the deli and no one ever showed up. This was on the 12th, today three days later my wife is there and the exact same thing happened again. The store manager and the deli manager need to get it together at this location. Clearly management is not doing their job.

This is MY Publix, especially love the deli folks and the bakery. Everyone is helpful and willing to help.

Other than the first time ever last night several things were sold out. This store is always clean, courteous and has what I need.

Always customer service.
You pay a little more but it's clean, wide isles and well lit.
Produce is great, no bugs or worms like walmart. Good choice of meats and seafood.

As always. Pay your employees like Publix does and it shows. Workers go way over and beyond for you. Fresh food. Clean isles. Pleasant experience AS ALWAYS.
