Publix Super Market at Shops at Village Walk, Fort Myers FL

They gotten better. B in the deli is amazing I hope they keep him there. I've been coming here multiple times for my client and usually I have a hard time with the ladies not understanding what exactly I needed & messed up my orders. Lately since B has been there everything has been smoother and definitely knows what he is doing.

Always good just wish They opened before 7. Because I worked in construction and I have to get ice and water for for my guys an where at the job site at 6 but I have to wait till 7am

Big and fully stocked. Very friendly staff. Some prices feel higher than other Publix but I'm not positive about that. Nice big store. Regrettably Publix ownership has decided to be political instead of staying neutral, so we are looking for alternatives. The last thing I want to do when shopping is think about politics. However if they want to make that a factor then it's a factor. I will look for a store that has decided to stay out of such boorish topics.

Pretty sure my husband and I both have food poisoning after purchasing chicken and some sides from Publix tonight. We have been incredibly sick all night and are starting to wonder if the quality of food is not what it used to be.
Extremely disappointed and most likely won't be purchasing any hot items anymore.

This Publix is very family friendly and beat out of all the other Publix's I've been to. They have great service.

Just came from this Publix. There was a woman who had not 1 but 2 DOGS in tow. Its getting out of control. These little mutts were not service dogs. People are abusing the ADA law so they canbring thier pets shopping. Rediculious. If Publix dose not start cracking down on this nonsense I will take my business to Whole Foods.will take my business eleswhere

More often than not I am bagging and loading my groceries at this Publix. I am 66 years old! Further, I pay more to shop here and thought they prided themselves on helping others. Not this Publix.

Rude employee raised her voice at my 10 y o children while I was looking at the produce. Definitely not coming back. We turned around and left. Not wasting my time on rude employees.

They had this "buy 1 get 1 free promotion" totally fake. I attached two pictures, one from Walmart, $2.88 for 8-Pack Quaker instant Oatmeal vs. Publix, $6.39 for 8-Pack Quaker instant Oatmeal. As you can see the picture for that price you can buy a whole 20 packs in Walmart. I'm not sure what kind of promotion is that? They take advantage of people not knowing the real price of products and making fake promotions. Definitely very disappointing with this retail and their "promotions. " I hope this post help you to make better decisions. You can always check by going into these stores and see by yourself that I'm not lying.

Very high priced. Very unfriendly customer service. Hopefully will give another chance and better service.

SHANONDOAH PUBLIX needs a makeover and also needs to keep stock of anything and everything.

I bought a birthday cake for my daughters 12th birthday and the cake decorator didnt even finish decorating the cake I had to do it when I got home. I spent 100$ on a cake that they didnt even finish.

I love Publix's 2 for 1. I also appreciate the wide selection of merchandise. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

Very big and lots to choose from. We got ingredients to make a tuna melt with nicer tuna, and I was shocked they carried it. Clean everywhere as well.

Always a pleasant experience going t this Publix it's clean, easily accessible and always has what I'm looking for!

Kerry at the deli was a pro, not only was she quick but she did a great job with my sub. Best lunch I’ve had in a while, shout out to the kitchen for the fresh tenders during lunch rush.
