Publix Super Market at Pavilion Crossing reviews
15Really Publix? Self check outs? Keeping up with Walmart and their below average customer service? I NEVER EEEVER thought you would come to this!
Great and extremely helpful staff (that was 7 months ago) and typically they are. However, I'm revising because it seems to be going hill. Went to get a bowl of ramen and such but there was no one to cover the area. Was told they left already when the sign clearly says 7 and I was there at 6. Now that's fine, I understand things happen and come up. What bothers me is there no backup. Managers should be trained in ALL departments.
Publix is the neatest and best food market I can ever see Everything is so organized Employees are very polite and helpful
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. I went to the bakery earlier this week I guess somehow the lady who took my order put the wrong date so guess what my cake wasn’t ready. Then the design I wanted they can’t even do. You would think even if the wrong date was on it “ when was y’all going to call me? That’s what’s gets me. The fact that now I have to get a random cake because these people messed up. Worst Publix experience ever. The fact that I love Publix this is beyond me never again. I’m so disappointed. Then you walk in guess what they don’t have any designs you can pick through that should’ve been a sign right there but I proceeded anyway so yeah
Publix is always great, only the older ones ever look disheveled
This one always has nice produce too
They won’t tell you the right things, they have a prescription there it won’t give it to you if you’re not in the system, even if you shop there, or spent money in the past with Publix, they will deny you and miss lead you to have you called back over and over there’s not business how business goes
They’re very unprofessional the manager don’t know how to talk to people they do not handle business. Well, they discriminate against you. Start from the top the mislead you don’t communicate with you to lead to problems.
My favorite Publix out of all of them. I know where to find everything I need the way they are set up in the store.
Good supermarket, the 2 for 1 promos are worth it, even though they are generally more expensive than Wal-Mart, Aldi. Organized and clean
The assistant manager of the deli Landon was awesome. Helped direct me for what I needed and struck a conversation about the sub I was getting which I really enjoyed. Landon made my day better, and I needed that. Definitely a valuable team player of Publix and deserves recognition for what he does. I will always come to this Publix because of people like him!
Publix is my favorite supermarket. The only thing I was disappointed with was the prices. Everything has gone up too much.
I had a situation with my medicine, and had to deal with the Brandon Hospital at the same time to get my script filled. And everyone knows the hospital takes forever to do anything. The pharmacist Anthony went above and beyond with customer service to make sure my medicine was filled.
Thankssss….
This Publix is certainly above quite a few other locations that I have been to in the surrounding area.
Great store to shop in. They have a large selection of products to choose from. The hot bar serves up great eats. The pricing of products is reasonable. A very well-kept facility
Super super busy and the deli line was slow. The girl making my sandwich also scooped out my bread without me asking her to. I realized what she was doing and asked her to stop, and she threw away the bread she had scooped and proceeded to make my sandwich. Ideally, she should have offered me a new loaf of bread. I didn’t want to delay the process any further, so I didn’t push the issue, but kinda wish I had.
