Publix Super Market at Shoppes at Del Prado, North Fort Myers FL

It's Publix so it's a decent place to shop, however I must say the customer service is not what I expect shopping Publix. The people are just not very friendly. This is the only Publix I've ever given less than 5 stars. It's worth the time to drive to another instead of shopping here.

Very nice place.nice people.the only thing I wish they would have is a sushi menu. In their seafood department they have a sushi station that has signs to order catering but they don't have any menus to see what I can order and everytime I go there they still don't have them.it's an annoyance but thats why they have other publixes.

Nice to see the no pets allowed signs put up. Way overdue. Personal pets wearing banners bought from Amazon or ebay are not "service animals". That's why there is curbside & home delivery services.

Went in the supermarket, found everything I needed and was out in a matter of a few minutes

Everyday I get a sub and never made a complaint at all until today. I had this man make me my sub between 11: 30 and 12pm he just had a nasty attitude and didn’t toast my sub right and it was to quick and I’m pregnant and I’m not supposed to eat my deli meat cold. I never made a complaint before like I said this is the first time I didn’t get to enjoy my sub or had someone so rude.

All these complaints should be brought up to the manager store. Maybe he will do something.

I mean, it’s Publix. They’re always amazing. Super clean, well lit and well organized store. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. I use the deli more than anything else. They can get crazy busy and can have a line, but they are friendly and do the best they can. People don’t realize they’re also doing tons of online orders while also helping customers, so it can be a bit of a wait. The only negative is the addition of self checkout lanes, which I hate, and which also take away from the friendly, customer first attitude of Publix. I was disappointed to see Publix cave to market pressures on this front. But they do still keep at least a couple registers open at all times.

Publix' soda is 4/$5, compare that to even Walmart or Coca-Cola/Pepsi. And that's their fixed price, not a sale. Plus nice atmosphere, like Kroger or Pick'n'safe. Just nice, no Ghetto, no stress and friendly employees.

Love the staff same with the administrators but absolutely hate the prices and they will be the reason why I'm going to ALDI which is 4 MI away further. I wish you had some kind of frequent Shopper program that built in a discount

(Only Dollar General beat you net gain wise) think of a damn publicity you would get that it would be known that you actually went in the hole to hold prices or that you are reducing them to Old profit I don't know you guys could turn this around you could lead the industry so easy God we won the lotto and gave more than 50% back to charity and it didn't hurt us one bit I see you guys get right off one or two percent a year and do outrageous good and you don't you you used to be curious but you guys dried up about 10 years ago I know personally you guys used to come to our border director meetings

I wish I could upload the video I took of me attempting to break one the white chocolate macadamia cookies on the counter and but they’re so hard they aren’t breaking! Absolute joke. Idk how they’re getting away with selling these but obviously zero quality control.

This is a much smaller scaled store than some I have been in. It needs some updating but is a good store to grab a few items. The prices though. UGH. Also, the bakery used to be prized for their goods but lately it seems they are skimping on ingredients and/or reducing the sizes of their products. Also Publix brand of premium ice cream is not "premium". Icy like ice-milk.

This score is for the deli. Horrible! They don’t know what goes into a sub. Rushing. And at the end of the day tasteless because they forget something. My Parmesan chicken sub is floating in marinara, almost as a spaghetti. I will avoid this store. This is the not the first incident. Deli needs to be either trained or completely redo.

Of all the Publix stores in the area this one has it seems to have less available parking for the disabled

Store is too close to the parked cars, its a constant traffic jam. Its difficult to get into the Store through the size doors they have. No I am not bigger, it's causes people to stand in line to get a cart. You might get two carts side by side into the doors. Publix is still a good store. They are a bit pricey. I only shop at this location when I have to do to the location. I don't like going to Different/OTHER LOCATIONS Of Publix stores. 90% of the time things are never in the same location.

Ash provided horrible customer service. We asked a tall man that works in the self-checkout to help us with the sandwich combo and told us to just do it ourselves. We did and later he approached us after paying saying we did it wrong and did not scan the drink. He was watching us the entire time and couldn’t help us before and he acted as if we wanted to steal when I asked him for help from the start. What a creepy guy just staring at us. Then, Ash was extremely rude and unprofessional. She wanted to charge us the drink separately which meant she was stealing a dollar from us & not give us the combo price. How does that make any sense? Plus after we clearly asked for him for help & he did not help us - why make us waste time and have an unpleasant experience with Ash when nothing was done out of malice nor to save 0.60 cents. It’s ridiculous.
