Publix Super Market at The Shoppes at Price Crossing, North Port FL

This is a very nice and clean grocery store. It is well stocked and very clean. The employees are helpful and there are always plenty of registers open with baggers. Every department has someone working to assist you with whatever you need. They also carry a lot of products that are hard to find at other stores. If you need a grocery store this is a good choice.

This publix is the best publix. I love the fact that they don't have self checkout and everyone is so sweet.

Harrassed, to the point the manager will tell you that the service your dog does is not a real service nor a real medical reason.
I can't wait to print the information out for him so he's well informed.

I have never been treated so Poorly in my life. I was tring to complete a simple task and the Manager James Frost couldn't of been more rude and upsetting that I brought my Services Dog in with me I think Public needs some real training on customer service and knowledge of the true facts of a service animal. FYI Whole Foods and Trader Joe's never gave me any Problems!

Came to publix this morning and came across a hugh dead roach. Just wondering how many employees ignored it?

Publix is clearly the highest grosser of all that are here in this area but decent choices of food items Pleasant workers and management clean and organized

Always have the best quality. Great sales and very friendly staff. A define winner. Falishia in subs makes absolutely the best wraps ever. Also if you want to make ur own wrap- buy the egg wraps, boarhead spicy turkey and boarhead horseradish cheese for a spectacular treat. Excellent deli with quality meats and cheeses.

Definitely not familiar with the "Publix Promise" here. Their sales don't match their tags, and instead of going to check, they'll just sit there and argue with you at the register, embarrassing you. Sometimes, these deals are how we stretch the last of our dollars to feed our family. It's so silly to put up signs, and then not adhere to those sale prices. I called to let them know after and they didn't care.

Please do better. I'd post pictures of the sale items and signs, but it won't allow pictures to be added here.

I've been shopping here for years, and done this for just as long. It was so embarrassing to put things back due to their error.

Publix is the best. The SERVICE, KNOWLEDGE OF WHERE things are, can not be compared. The workers, willingness to help me with finding an item was overwhelming wonderful. Not only 1 was a person helpful, 2 people who were replenishing shelves jumped right in to help.
As I am disabled with no electrical carts, the help was so greatly appreciated.

Publix is a different story within the context of maintaining customer loyalty (even if it is expensive). I had the opportunity to see managers walking the floor and getting in touch with employees and customers! (It is called "Gamba") *
Stores are usually impeccable and ready to satisfy the customer. So different when you enter a King Soopers in Colorado (sloppy floors with unionized employees that don't care much about the customer needs)

* The common phrase 'Going to Gamba' represents managers visiting the shop floor to observe, learn, and understand what is happening across every level of their business.

I love to shop at Publix in the store itself but so many other items are ridiculously overpriced. Especially national brands. I was there recently and there was a family size box of Cheez-Its for 7.99! At Walmart the same size box was 5.98. At Aldi the exact same box of Cheez-Its was 3.49! If you don't shop bogos or use coupons you're throwing money away. And who's paying $7.99 for Cheezits?

Customer service at this Publix is terrible! Very disappointed as this is my nearest location. Will travel to a different one. Poor management!

Used the pharmacy, the young girl checking me out was not helpful. & did not seem to care! Thank goodness for the head pharmacist, she was awesome & helped me & she was an awesome person!
