Publix Super Market at Quesada Commons, Port Charlotte FL

Danger in the deli. Hot food not up to temp. I asked an associate to take the temp of hot food he tried to sell it to me even though it was well below safe temp at 90 degrees. It was ribs. So I bought a chicken exact same problem.

Absolute worse experience I have ever had at Publix
Do NOT order sandwiches for pickup, they are equipped to handle orders in a timely manner
20 minutes past pickup time, 3 employees asked me if I was waiting for order.
Not one person said sorry about the wait

Customer service at this store is out of this world. They are so friendly, I love going there.

Worst experience i’ve ever had with publix bakery. 2 years in a row they completely messed up memorial cupcakes for a friend who passed.very unprofessional

Store is always clean. Employees are very courteous. Usually stocked on pretty much everything. Very seldom where they add up. Something very good with their rain checks

Since covid, it seems Publix has the best flavor selection for ice cream so that's where we go.

I waited 30 minutes for a sub. Employees weren’t helpful. This Publix is not with your time.

This Publix is our go-to it's local in the neighborhood everybody there is very friendly. The prices are a little high but everything's high right now. The store is clean and the staff is friendly

The best in quality. Their produce, meats and fish are the freshest on the planet. Yes, the prices are a little higher but a Porsche is more expensive than a Volkswagen for a reason.
