Publix Super Market at Flagler Park Plaza

Manager was rude when inquiring on a BOGO item. After MGR went to get item, even though I offer to get it, gave it to the Cashier and put on a face "as if she had done me the most tremendous favor of getting the item and I had caused her such a huge inconvenience". First of all, Managers should excell in customer service and she did not even pass the line of good/fair. Second, it is the Mgrs responsibility to know their Special promotions, and not challenge a Customer back and forth for 10 mins, as me the customer is showing her the item being a BOGO item on the Publix website. It was also uncomfortable being "questioned back and forth" whether I had entered my Rewards Number and then 2 mins later if I was signed up on her Rewards program. If I said I had to enter my number, as I got distracted checking prices.then that means I am signed up for the Rewards program. Anyways, not a good experience. I didn't even get her name aside from her being tall and blonde. I had had a long day at work, and the line waiting to pay behind me was huge. I am sharing my experience because I expected a better customer experience from the Manager cuz whether I spend $5 or $500 shopping at that store, I deserve to be treated with cortesy and professionalism.

I recently had a wonderful shopping experience at Publix in Doral, Miami, Florida. The store impressed me in several ways.

First, their product selection was fantastic. I found everything I needed, from everyday essentials to specialty items. The shelves were well-stocked with fresh produce and pantry staples.

The store's cleanliness was also notable. It was clear that the staff took pride in keeping the store tidy and organized. The aisles were neatly arranged, and the store was spotless, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Moreover, my shopping experience was enjoyable from start to finish. The staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to find products and get assistance. The store layout was well-designed, and the checkout process was efficient.

Overall, Publix in Doral consistently provides an excellent shopping experience with a great product selection, cleanliness, and friendly service. I look forward to returning for my future shopping needs.

Customer service staff member Oscar Avilés was incredible. Can’t compare him to anyone else there he’s always helpful always smiling and has a fantastic attitude he deserves a promotion and a big ol raise

Honestly, I like shopping at this Publix and I come almost every week. They always insist that you open an account to earn points, but they should tell the cashiers to remind you to put your phone in at the end of the purchase. Today, it happens a lot. Sometimes I was thinking about so many things that I forgot to put the phone and the cashier who helped me, Yenis was so funny that she forgot to remind me, honestly I left very upset because after you pay there is no way to put it and I made a fairly large purchase, and I don't think that's a joke because they insist a lot that you download the application and create the account, please the managers should be more on top of them so that they always keep it in mind when you are going to buy

It's as most Publix should be, easy to navigate and find what you need. One star because they sold years expired cosequin a couple times and had a milk expire early but they did reimburse me for it minus tax.

Busy Publix. Visited on a Sunday! Deli was packed. But the ladies behind the counter were friendly and professional. Nice! By the way, no pets allowed, service animals only.

Lady in the self check out at 7: 15-7: 20pm is rude and does unnecessary things like bringing another cart to put our belongings, asking who is going to scan either me or my boyfriend like obviously only one of us is going to scan and the other one is going to put it in the bag…. I felt like she was treating us like we were planning to steal…that’s not a very good look on her.
I understand you’re trying to make sure everything runs smoothly but I’ve never had that happen in this Publix or ANY Publix.

Very slow at the deli. 3 people didn't know where a common item was located. Not my typical experience at a Publix.

Really a store where you can easily find what you need. With a very welcoming atmosphere and staff. The products with a presentation and quality of excellence.

All Publixs are welcoming. Some more than ever. This is place great, I saw customers to helpful has. The plaza is a nice place. They have flowers.

This Publix is great! It has a bit of everything and it’s very convenient for me since I work right next to it, the food I have tried there has also been perfect, I have tried the fried chicken, the soups and the subs and all are amazing 10/10 would recommend!

I'm going to give them 4 stars just because I used to work in this place and I know they just care about costumers, not employees. However I am not a employee anymore so I can tell you the service is amazing, super fresh products and kind of affordable. Publix is a luxury super tienda and for sure it's a pleasure to shopping in there!
