Publix Super Market at Suncrest Village, Orlando FL

This was one of the most disrespectful publix I have ever went to. Shammad and this other employee bickered among themselves and their personal issues instead of having a conversation with us. Definitely not going back.

Bad parking lot and the person that made my sub sneezed and did not change the gloves so I just left

I love the cleanliness and friendliness of Publix their staff they are very helpful and very quick to be there if you need them. I enjoy shopping at the Publix on Dean Rd and University Blvd. And that's very very unusual. Thank you again Publix for being great and professional in the way you treat your customers

The employment is high quality. When you ask a staff member " what aisle would cookies be on? ", they don't just say" ummmm.maybe. Aisle 3? ' they would actually take you to aisle 6 and shoe where cookies are.

I encountered a very rude employee about a month ago at this location and have not returned since. I was with my daughter trying to return an item early in the morning and was sent to customer service where a girl named Carlie was supposed to help me. Not only was she visibly hungover and had last night's makeup smudged around her eyes but she had gem stones and glitter on her face still! When I said I needed to return something Carlie rolled her eyes and acted as if I had done something wrong. All I wanted was a refund for the expired milk I was sold. The customer in line behind me was equally appalled by the glitter and gem stones hanging off of this girls face at 7: 30AM. I was upset that I was sold an expired item but was much more upset at the lack of professionalism expressed by this employee. I will gladly take my money elsewhere and recommend that others do the same.

The staff pays no attention. And when they do they're very unhelpful and rude. The store is clean and super close to me But it's almost not worth it.
