Liz in the deli has the best customer service! She made my shopping experience a pleasure.

This market is very good although this specific one is not far from my area, the staff is not as friendly, the one at Simpson Roat is better.

After the high prices on food, to make matters worse my favorite dessert was damaged. The last desserts bought seemed old. The cake is soft, not hard like the one I just tried. I'm sorry, as a customer you are losing me.

This is a very clean and organized supermarket. They have a little bit of everything u need and good quality.

This is a wonderful Publix and really nice to go over to and get a sandwich if you're hungry after going to the veterans hospital or other medical issues around the area it's a very large new area with a lot of medical and research and medical training facilities. This Publix has very good choices and as usual all the people are really friendly and help you find anything you need.

This is the only Publix that sells beef bacon, every other Publix that is by my house in Belle Isle does not sell beef bacon.

So nice they had the free kids cookies, that my nieces loved and the wed sushi that we were looking for. Everyone we encountered was nice and welcoming.

Shopping at Publix is always a pleasure! Everyone I interacted with was friendly, kind, and welcoming. I drove 30 minutes for a prescription refill here and it didn't disappoint!

I placed an order at 12: 19pm to pick up at 12: 50pm. I had a work meeting soon after so I was expecting to receive my order on time. Publix automatically sets the earliest pickup time to be 30 minutes out. I would’ve believed it’s to make sure the orders are ready on time. But that is not case with this example.

I showed up around 12: 40pm to wait for my order. 12: 50pm came and my order was not ready. After 5 minutes, I had to reach out and talk to a Publix representative to receive assistance and he said he’ll let the Deli manager know. Someone came up to me at 1: 06pm saying he saw my order and that it was overdue and he apologized and offered a free drink. He didn’t introduce himself so I’m not sure if he was the deli manager or not. I called the phone number on the Publix app for online pickup and no response after 6 minutes waiting.

The assumed deli manager said they were working on my order finally and it’ll be right out. I didn’t receive my order until 1: 10pm. I missed an important scheduled business meeting. I’ve ordered for over a year online with Publix and this is the first time this happened which shocked me. I’ll give 2 stars for that reason. Not a great experience.

By far the worst deli experience I have ever seen. Was called up to order because we weren't waiting for chicken tenders, had one sub made and then completely got ignored for our second sub and while they talked amongst themselves. Absolutely disgusted

Nice clean store. Then again when is publix not clean? Store was nice and stocked well. Unfortunately when I went was during lunch time and there wasn't many cashiers. It was a great store though I plan on going there again when in the area.

Wonderful location and clean and friendly staff and you can find everything including latin food
