Publix Super Market at Delray Square, Delray Beach FL

Yo idk who comes up here and lies all the 5 stars all of you need to sign out your accounts. I want whatever hallucinating drug you take to believe for 5 seconds you enjoyed your time here. “Marie” behind the counter at the sub station, the biggest waste of money I’ve ever seen in my life. Night shift around 6pm till whenever- the entire crew behind that counter for sushi, dinners, subs, and fresh cuts every single one of them have such poor attitudes, and do every single part of their job, slow. Every part. Idk when this business closes but why is everyone asking about who closes, while the sub-line is longer than a football field with Parkinson’s disease. Fix your location.

I was harassed by a manager of accusing me of things he’s a big bald white guy that is extremely rude I shop here everyday. But no longer will because I don’t feel comfortable shooing here he should be removed and that should not happen have proof before you accuse hard working people that pay their bills it’s not rite he should be let go

I love the store. It usually has the brand names I use. Staff is courteous and friendly. Store is always clean. But it is getting very expensive.

This red velvet cream cheese cake wasn’t fresh today and how would it taste by the sell date of 10/29? The flowers are fresh but Publix Super Market at Delray Square doesn’t bake flowers lol. How can Todd Walker, the store manager resolve this continual issue? I’ve bought cakes previously from Publix Super Market at Delray Square and this will be my last and final purchase.

Waited at hot foods for 15 minutes before anyone came over to ask do you need help. I was completely ignored.

Quite possibly the worst service, comparable to what you may see at a Walmart and this is a Publix!
Specifically, a woman named Denise in the deli. One of the most disgusting attitudes I’ve ever seen. So much so, I had to get the manager, I believe her name was Cara. She went out of her way to the deli to help.

Says guaranteed but asks to bring back the rotten fruit that rots overnight as if you're trying to steal a $3 fruit with a basket full of already paid for food. Would've walked out with it instead of going to customer service desk if that's what we were trying to do. Mostly from middle aged sour ones probably discontent with their status

"5 stars" is not enough for the young man at customer service. He deserves a raise and a promotion.

Every Publix I go to is amazing! I love Publix! It's too bad all stores aren't run this way.

I am not from the area and must say that Publix seems to be one of the nicest and cleanist supermarkets I've ever been in. They have many services (bakery, deli, etc) including making sandwiches for you on the spot. Prices are good including having their own brand of food for somw people like me who don't need to buy brand names. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall it is a great supermarket.

Deli staff is completely rude/disrespectful when it comes to new folks in the area. Waited 15 minutes just for someone to try and take my order when it was clearly 8+ people working behind the counter. Sad to say no pub-sub for me.

I absolutely love Publix, but my experience here at the deli is least to be desired. The woman took my order of a turkey and cheese sandwich she slapped mayo and grabbed the turkey and slapped it on the bread not even spreading it out. This is not what publix represents. TRAIN, RE-TRAIN THAN REPLACE. IM SORRY YOU HOLD A HIGH STANDARD I CAN SEE IT DISPLAYED AT OTHER MARKETS. SHE GAVE POOR SERVICE.

They have a lot of the same employees I've known for many years and they recognize me, which feels so good! Also, the meat counter is exceptional! I won't shop at any other Publix

It's okay and fairly clean, and not as polished as some of the other Publixx supermarkets I have been too and I think a lot of it has to do with demographics and location.
