Publix Super Market at The Village Shopping Center, Orange Park FL

Wonderful experience at the deli Gigi has outstanding customer service she made sure I was satisfied and prepared everything I wanted fresh

I love this store but online ordering needs to improve in the deli

More than once either my wife have ordered subs on line and received confirmation of time subs would be ready and on a fee occasions were not even started and yet they had the ticket and were not busy.
Had to wait over 15 minutes happened again on Monday 6/4

This location of Publix is "our" Publix and it's the best. The managers, customer service, cashiers, and baggers are all friendly and helpful. The meat dept is great, too. The bakery is wonderful. They occasionally make lemon meringue pie which I love. The deli is good but could use a little more help. They're always busy and seen a bit over worked. The store overall it's very clean and well stocked.

Friendly staff, clean store and all the products I shop for and then some. I usually shop at a different publix but I will shop more at this location. Publix is the only grocery I use.

Always a great experience at this publix! I had a birthday cake idea and they got it perfect! Exactly what I wanted! Now I just went for dry ice and they were so helpful with that as well.

Just got my meds from pharmacy.supposed to have child proof caps on them get home and all my pills are in the bag with top off? Did you put the lid on right or are these caps really not child proof?

You really have to ask yourself is the superior customer service worth the price you pay to shop here yeah they do have good sales from time to time but generally speaking they are much higher price than the Walmart right across the street with these two places so close together Walmart's always going to win hands down with me because I'm about saving money not so much about Friendly Smiles

Definitely not my favorite branch to shop. I would much rather go to the Argyle Forest location or pretty much any other location around here because this location doesn't stock as well and the people just aren't as nice

This is probably the best grocery store in Florida! The staff is always helpful and if you can’t find something they will escort you to the item. Their customer service is excellent. The staff actually “speak” to you and I have never been ignored while shopping. I can’t say enough about Publix except it is a great shopping experience, not to mention the selection of items and the fresh fruit, vegetables and meat. Oh, also, Publix will take your groceries to your car!

I love shopping at Publix. I was there today, but they overcharge me on two items. I shop at the College and Blanding Store,
I noticed it when I got home and not worth going back for the Amount I was overcharged. Which was only a little over $2.00.
So due to the fact they change their prices and start new sale as of Thursday each week. I will overlook this, this time.
